Appreciate the emergency appointments to check my father's eye due to strange vision issues. Dr. B is very kind and caring. We greatly appreciate his expertise.

Excellent doctor. Didn't push me into surgery, even though I have cataracts. I told him that my current eyesight is sufficient and he told me to come back in a year, unless my vision got worse.

Dr. Bakhtiary is great. A little difficulty to understand due to his accent but very nice and did not rush. He explained all my questions. My primary complaint was with the difficulty to get through to a direct person to speak with regarding my questions I had about my lens options. Both surgery scheduler and lens specialist was always a voice message and I would not receive a call back in a timely manner. I left a message last week with surgery scheduler and have yet to get a call back.

Very, very quick exam. Not able to voice my concerns. Set up just like the previous PEI- a "cattle call". Disappointed.

Very patient with a calm demeanor. Going to the doctor can be stressful but Dr Bakhtiary is so calm and explains everything and not in a hurry. I like him
