Dr. Bakhtiary is great. A little difficulty to understand due to his accent but very nice and did not rush. He explained all my questions. My primary complaint was with the difficulty to get through to a direct person to speak with regarding my questions I had about my lens options. Both surgery scheduler and lens specialist was always a voice message and I would not receive a call back in a timely manner. I left a message last week with surgery scheduler and have yet to get a call back.

Very, very quick exam. Not able to voice my concerns. Set up just like the previous PEI- a "cattle call". Disappointed.

Very patient with a calm demeanor. Going to the doctor can be stressful but Dr Bakhtiary is so calm and explains everything and not in a hurry. I like him
