Dr Reidel and his staff are excellent in all phases
Great experience
He is very thorough and completed my assessment and surgery in a very professional and competent manner.
I have a long term relationship as a patient and remain extremely confident that the plan we have will maintain my vision and eye health as time goes on.
Dr Riedel explained the procedure and asked if I had questions. He went over what to expect during and after the surgery. He and the rest of the staff were pleasant and helpful. I have confidence in him and his abilities!
Superb.
No time to listen, always looks ready to run away. Can hardly catch what he says. Poor bedside manner. I'm an Rn of 34 years. Worked with many Dr's, needs to slow down and listen to his patients, he is certainly getting paid enough by them to do so.
Gets right to the point, doesn't waste time (either his or mine).
Upbeat and provided information throughout the procedure. Relies on his staff to relate to patient
Always a good experience
