He explains things very well. He’s a kind man who is extremely competent! I’ve been his patient for many years and can’t imagine going to anyone else !

Cost was a referral for options for Keratoconus procedures such as laser crosslinking from Dr Kelly at St Paul Eye. I was forced to go thru topography, refraction (smelled test) and full eye exam which was not needed or necessary as my full records from primary corneal specialist were available. This is predatory billing. I only wanted to receive treatment options and discussion. I have contacted my insurance to dispute charges and the exam was unnecessary. Only the consult for treatment options is what I wanted. And the entire visit took 2 hours start to finish. Too long.

Dr Awad and his staff are very proficient, professional and knowledgeable. The only complaint I have is I waited in a cold barren room for almost 1 hour for dr. Awad to come in and examine me. That’s a little too long!
