Dr Biro is one of the best doctors I’ve had care for me. He is a humble genius and he treats his patients as people rather than as specimens.

Zero 🌟 I had an appointment at 4:00. The office called me at 3:15 and asked if I could come in early. I said sure and arrived around 3:40. I sat in the waiting room until 4:10 wondering why they asked me to come in early. I finally was called, had a preliminary history/why are you here session with a nurse/tech. Then was put in a different waiting room where he told me it shouldn't be long there's only one person ahead. About 10 minutes later he put me in a different exam room and said Dr will be in shortly. I waited and waited. By 5:00 a girl from the front stops in and says we didn't forget about you, the patient ahead of you has a lot of questions. Another half hour goes by, it's 5:30 I decide to leave. Have to wait a week for 2nd Appt. If a patient needs that much additional time it's the Dr's responsibility to set boundaries and say they need to make another appt, either in person or telehealth, NOT make others wait extreme times!! 2 hours never saw the Dr! Rude & waste of time

Written transcript of visits and at-home care would be helpful. Trying to remember everything while formulating the next question is likely to result in information overload.
