Dr. Menachem Weiss, M.D., is a fellowship-trained cornea specialist. He has expertise in cataract, refractive and cornea surgery and also provides general eye care with an emphasis on patient-centered communication.
After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University, Dr. Weiss went on to obtain his medical degree with a distinction in research from the University of Rochester in New York. He completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Texas in San Antonio and his fellowship at the University of Miami’s premier Bascom Palmer Eye Institute.
Dr. Weiss is a member of the Academy of Ophthalmology and has authored numerous publications. He was recognized by the University of Texas as the 2021-2022 Ophthalmology Resident of the Year.
In his free time, Dr. Weiss is often outdoors, and enjoys swimming, camping, hiking, and biking.

Dr.Weiss is very personable ,He is very very thorough ! Told me things we could do to improve my eyesight ! And treated my right eye for vision cloudiness after having cataract surgery about 16 years ago with another surgeon ! This Dr is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! A+A+A+A+A+
Dr. Wise is one of the best physicians overall I’ve ever met. I’ve only been to one other ophthalmologist and he absolutely so overrides them. He was very patient with me. He was very understanding. He was very thorough. I came in with the list of questions and he saw the questions and said OK fire away Not only has the absolute brilliant but he is really one of the best specialist I’ve ever been to in the office staff is wonderful. It’s clean and it was worth the drive. I live all the way in Castle Rock and I went to his office in Golden and it’s worth it and I’ll be seeing him another month so I can’t say enough!
