Wish staff was more professional and not so rude. Be nice if the Dr. would improve his scheduling as to spend 1 and 1/2 hour wait for a 6-minute Dr. time. Felt like cattle going to the money slaughter

Office staff efficient and friendly. Dr. Shaaf thorough. The only minor complaint I might have is that he walked into the exam room and just sat down with his back to me. He did eventually introduce himself.

First visit. Extremely impressed. Attentive staff, friendly, polite. Doctor was great, explained things etc. Very pleased so far.

Dr. Shaaf left the room immediately after the procedure before I had a chance to ask him any questions.
