My appointment was for 2:40 pm. I came early as instructed at 2:25pm. I was not seen for another hour until 3:25pm. But, I was impressed with the array of eye tests and the nursing assistants and Dr. Shaaf. Everyone seemed very competant and professional.
His diagnostic skills are and have been outstanding.
Very organized. A few more SMILES would be appreciated! Make the effort to learn the correct pronunciation of each patients name.
