Dr. Ramsey was attentive to our needs, but the front staff at the maple grove office was not!! Trying to get medical records transferred for a 2nd opinion has been a nightmare!! After 3 requests they were finally faxed to the wrong number!! Medical records have still not been faxed to the correct office. HELP!!!
