Dr, Hansen was very personable and approachable and I received excellent care from him and his staff. I’ve had a number of previous surgeries and have never had a call from my surgeon. Thank you Dr. Hansen.

Dr. Hanson is excellent and I have complete faith in him. However, I don’t feel as confident in the staff, for instance the day of the surgery there was some confusion as to which eye I was supposed to have surgery on. From the very beginning, I was told that they would do my right eye first and my left eye second . It was somehow listed on the chart that my left eye was supposed to have surgery first. So they had to check that out before surgery. And, both the day of the surgery and at my follow up appointment today, there was confusion as to which medication’s I was prescribed. Apparently, there was also a note in my chart that I was supposed to take three different vials of medications, but Dr. Hanson had prescribed the combo medication. I also had some specific questions at my post-op appointment today that I did not feel comfortable with the answers. I had wished that I had a chance to talk to Dr. Hanson rather than a different doctor today.

Dr. Hanson is a very kind Dr., Takes time to sit down with you and talks with you about the procedure. Explains in detail what will be done and time needed to heel. Cares about his patient and calls to follow up on how things are going. Also has the best group working along side of him.

Dr Hansen is fantastic. He and his clinical staff are the reason I came back for a second procedure.
