This is a very big clinic that offers truly all available options and technology out there. You may think you will be treated as just another patient but somehow, Dr. Hansen and his staff make you feel as if you are their number one priority. Dr Hansen is wonderful, the delays in seeing the doctor seem to happen every other time we come. This time it was a 2 hours of waiting, and we were on the verge of walking out when we were finally seen.

He is a very good doctor. I think the clinic overschedules him. But I will wait to see him. He takes the time, even when he is so busy to listen and inform.

Excellent clinic visit. Very knowledgeable physician. Where was he in 2021 when I needed supposedly needed eye surgery???

He was very cordial and apologetic about keeping me waiting for over 2.5 hours. Obviously he was overbooked. In these modern days of hi-tech, I would think there would be some way to communicate appointment delays with patients. Restaurants give out buzzers to let customer know when their table is ready. I was only with Dr. Hansen for maybe 10". There is really now excuse for me to have to wait so long in the waiting room.

If it was possible to have Dr. Hansen as my PCP, I wouldn't hesitate for another fraction of a second! I have known Dr. Hansen for close to 8 years, he did my corneal transplant which literally changed my life. He is very knowledgeable, a top surgeon, uses teaching aids to elaborate and make you understand, passionate about his work, but what strikes me the most is the way he interacts with his clients and client's relatives. He engages you as if he you're the only client he has. Simply amazing! I hope to see him for many many years to come.
