My visit was the fastest visit I’ve ever had. Came in with a stye ready to pop, obviously hurting to the max and Ms. Kristin came in saw it as she was walking in and grabbed qtips to pop it. No empathy, no time for anything. Then after that I asked her to fill out some paperwork for me, and said no, there’s no need. I said it was for my job to get excused for absent days, she didn’t explain she had already given me an excuse for the days I missed, instead she said she had no time to fill out 13 pages, well I think 5 more minutes of her time wouldn’t hurt any more than what it had already hurt in the 3 minutes she saw me. Very unprofessional because this was discussed in the lobby full of people. She also had a person she was training and she told her in a loud manner that she didn’t had to be following her everywhere, that’s also something she didn’t had sto say out loud in front of everyone.
