Dr. Ramaiya was excellent. He even remembered that he gave me my very first eye injection back in 2012. My only complaint was the amount of time spent by my daughter and I in the waiting room. 3 hours was excessive, even for NM Eye Associates.

Left door of room open I could hear other patient’s entire visit from my room and the waiting room with him and my visit was open—this was clearly an effort to get out of room ASAP. Came in and had chit chat time but then when I had questions about my eyes at end, he was walking out the door. And talking to me from hallway not even finishing up within my patient room…I could tell he was overall a nice man and very knowledgeable.
