Dr. Hellman listen to me and answered all my questions about my surgery. He said I’m doing fine and I appreciate that. I also appreciate a couple of nurses one being Jessica returning my calls when I had questions.

First time seeing him though I’ve been a patient of Dr. Horne’s for about 15 years. I had scheduled an appointment about a month or so out and he cancelled the day before. It took another month to get another appointment. When he rushed into the office, he didn’t introduce himself and he barely spoke to me. I felt very pressured to let him get in, get the numbers he needed and get out. He was maybe in the office for five minutes yet I was charged $90 for the “exam.” In my opinion, he had a poor bedside manner. No warmth or interest in his patient at all. If I could, I would rate him 2.5.

TBD when swelling recedes and I can get a real look at my eye lid surgery results.Vision is definitely poorer than before surgery. At this point I look like awful. I showed my adult son and he responded "oh mom what happened? Is it going to look different soon? I'm certainly crossing my fingers.
