Second eye cataract surgery in three years!

Very nice people but very much in a hurry to push you from one place to another. They were what I called over professional. You didn’t feel like a real human being with them and it was a day where they didn’t have that many patients in there at all, it was a day of bad weather and I believe a lot of appointments were canceled. I felt I was treated as professionally second rate, and the girls seem to know what they were doing. One told me I shouldn’t have had my eyes dilated. Two of them said yes I was supposed to have my eyes and one said I wasn’t supposed to have my eyes dilated, but when Dr. Rimula came in, he said yes I was supposed of had them dilated they were all very professional, but not as as friendly as you would hope someone would be

I thought I would have 20/20 vision. I cannot read small print, or a menu in a dimly lit restaurant. Both of these are sorely missed. The Dr. did a good job and my wife had him check her vision.

I have only seen him once so far as I await a phone call for my cataract surgery. So far he seems great. Easy to understand and friendly. Not rushed even though they were very busy.

Very thorough examination. Office staff smiling, friendly and knowledgeable. Had to wait more than 30 min past appt to see tech & seats are very hard (for old/disabled) to have to wait that long. I guess price we pay for excellent Dr's these days.

Checked & explained the medical conditions I came to see him in clear layman’s terms. I understand my conditions better and the course of actions that may be followed up in 6 months or sooner. I happy to learn that my eye problem was not diabetes related but a lesser serious problem.
