Dr. Harder’s clinical focus includes the diagnosis and treatment of retinal vascular disorders, macular degeneration, and diabetic eye disease. He is committed to preserving vision and improving quality of life through personalized, evidence-based care.
Dr. Harder earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine after completing a bachelor’s degree in biology at Lafayette College in Pennsylvania. He went on to complete an ophthalmology residency in Columbus, Ohio, followed by a two-year medical and surgical retina fellowship in Slingerlands, New York, where he gained extensive training in complex retinal diseases and advanced treatment techniques.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Harder enjoys running, cycling, hiking, woodworking, and spending quality time with his wife and young children.
