Very professional dr and office. I noticed the staff members have no identification badges in this office nor at the surgery center. It’s good for the patient to know what capacity staff function at.
The time of the appointment and actually being seen is too great. A phone call or text indicating you are behind schedule would be appreciated. The patient’s time is valuable also. The initial exam before seeing Dr. Cotter was thorough and professional. Dr. Cotter was great !
Very detached. Walked out of the room and I didn’t even know we were done. In opposition, the male assistant was very nice and helpful.
Fast friendly post op visit with Dr. Cotter. Office staff very friendly too.
After three other doctors were scratching their heads, he identified the problem almost instantly. Great explanation of condition and plan.
Not personable. Not enough information shared with patient, if any.
