This is a tough one. The entire office exudes cheerfulness and attention to detail. I’ve always received detailed care, thorough explanations and professionalism to the highest degree!
So why the 3 stars?
I waited over 1 hour and 10 minutes past my appointment time. This is the 2nd time the wait was over an hour.
This is an unsustainable business model. It causes me to reconsider coming back.
It speaks to an utter disregard to my person and my time as having any value. The loss of schedule control speaks volumes. Perhaps my perception of the ‘care’ I received was a delusion.
As the schedule slips (it happens) call me to delay my arrival. Would that kill you to do?

Throughout high school and college, she worked for Dr. Andrew O’Dwyer as a technician at Suffolk Eye where she gained the experience and desire to become an ophthalmologist. Dr. Schneider enjoys all aspects of ophthalmology for patients of all ages. She performs comprehensive eye examinations prescribing both glasses and contact lenses in addition to diagnosing and examinations in addition to diagnosing and treating eye diseases such as dry eyes, glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetes, etc. She works at our 2016 Meade Parkway location and is accepting new patients at this time.
Dr. Schneider resides in Suffolk, Virginia with her husband Donald “DJ” Schneider, and her six children. She enjoys spending her free time with family and friends.
