Treatment was professional and well done. I would have like to have someone explain my eye problem, and exactly what is being done to treat it. I simply got a diagnosis and an appointment to treatit,with minimal explanation.

She, as well as the whole office, were on time, courteous, and explaned everything that they were checking.

Dr. Spiegel is a real nice gal . She’s direct, to the point, but does not hurry you out the door. She gives great medical service even though I’m sure she sees more than fifty patients a day. Well done!

My appointment was at 2:15. I was seen promptly, dilated, tested and received the shot in my eye. Out of there by 3: 10.

I actually enjoy my 6 month visits to Pacific Eye in SLO. Even though it's a little drive away, I'm always treated with kindness by the doc and the techs who prep me for my exams. Tyler was my tech today and he was especially welcoming. Dr. Spiegel is also very kind and spends time to explain what's going on. I recommend Pac Eye

Although probably a good Dr I found her to be flippant, rude, & short with an attitude. The tech's had an issue checking my eye pressure, there was a 5 point spread between the tech's. I asked Dr Jen to recheck it and she flat out refused. I have never had an eye Dr not want to check the eye pressure with my condition personally. Yet this was the main reason I was there after an emergency visit from surgery the week before. She was in a big rush to get me out, and I had to ask to have my eye dilated to ensure a complete exam.

When trying to describe symptoms related to my condition. Suddenly, no one could help me because I would have unrealistic expectations because of my symptoms not because of my condition. It was the most confusing appointment I have ever had with a physician.

Dr. Spiegel has been providing care for my eyes for about a year now. Because i have diabetes it's affected the condition of my vision. It's ben steadily improving to the point that instead of appointments needed every 4 weeks I now see her every 6 weeks. I'm very pleased and thankful for her excellent care.
