Dr. Spiegel earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas, and her medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Kansas City. Dr. Spiegel then completed a fellowship in vitreoretinal surgery and medicine at Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans.
