He made sure I understood what I needed to do in the future week to ensure my eye healed properly. He was successful in the previous week cutting out the sty on my eyelid. Very pleased with Dr. Ahamd. Very kind and professional.

My comments are NOT against Dr. Ahmad, he was very good with me. My problems are negative but against Pacific Eye management. I had an appointment today at 10:30. I didn’t get to see the doctor until 11:35. Most of the conversations in the waiting room were about patients frustrations with the waiting time. What’s the deal guys - how about the more patients you can squeeze through in a day the more money you make. Isn’t that the bottom line? You need more patient consideration in your decision making - at least.
Actually didn’t get to see him - waited 45 min beyond my scheduled appointment time in the waiting room & was told when I asked how much longer it would be, the receptionist stated it would be a whole lot longer as there where 3 more patients in front of me. I had another Dr. appt that I needed to go to & had to reschedule. Clearly this office overbooks or does not schedule appropriately.
