Related all the information about my eyes: the pressures, degree of cloudiness of lens, optic nerve condition, etc. Dr. Ahmad also counseled me about using warm compresses and cleaning my eyelids. He answered each of my questions and I was very pleased. I especially appreciated his calm demeanor even though he was running late and probably very harried. (While I am pleased to have been a patient of Dr. Sherman,’s for so long, he usually seemed very rushed, which made me very anxious to hurry up and maybe not ask questions). I wish Dr. Ahmad could practice one day in the Pismo Beach office.
He was very professional. He listened to my concerns
Thank you for the excellent attention to my eye problems yesterday and recommendations for daily care, including samples.
Seems very knowledgeable. To express something that I was not aware about my eye status. Treatment was changed from Dr Sherman's plan.
The doctor was OK. The several hour wait not so good. But that’s not new for Pacific Eye, unfortunately.
Thorough, professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Dr. Ahmad.
Very patient doctor and who explained everything he was going to do. Nice manner too. Office staff welcoming and helpful. Got a same day appt. Thank you so much!
I waited for 58 minutes only to be told that it would be another hour before I could be seen. After the 2 email reminders and the 2 text message reminders of the appointment, I found extremely frustrating that it was going to be nearly 2 hours before I would be seen. I was among 4-5 others that were told this. Dr. Ahmad is a great doctor and I respect that he is busy and in high demand, but my time too is valuable. If they were that backlogged, letting know upon arrival would have been better received and allowed me the option to stay or reschedule before waiting almost an hour after checking in.
Seems to be good, didn’t really explain anything. Just to make same appointments as Dr Sherman had me do. VF, optomap.
Good doctor
