Really cares about you and your eyes
Dr. Wang is the ultimate professional. Thorough and thoughtful. The whole office staff offered the same service, especially Nick.
Very professional and informative.
Very professional
The surgery went well and Dr. Wang made sure I knew what to expect in the surgery. The Madison Street Surgery center was great - smooth, organized and helpful. There were some hiccups with the front office and pre-op information with the recent merger of Omni Eye and ICON, but that should get worked out.
Very thorough examination amd explanation.
Great
Dr. Wang was very professional and listened.
I waited 1 hour and 20 min past my appointment time before seeing Dr. Wang. No explanation. No apology. His focus on my care was excellent. I have no issue whatsoever w my care. It was the unprecedented wait time and no explanation or apology that drives my two star rating.
