Was very efficient and I particularly liked the support nurse who answered all my questions and allayed any fears I might have had
I don’t know because I had to leave without seeing her after waiting 1.5 hours and was told it would be another 30 minutes. I can’t even believe you sent me this questionnaire. This is unacceptable and I will be looking for another Eye Dr. instead of this questionnaire I should have received a call with an apology and explanation and assistance to rebooking if necessary. There were two other people there that were there even longer than me. Your scheduling needs a revamp. Very inconsiderate of your patients time.
Obviously knows her business....seems highly knowledgeable and caring ...
Professional and friendly. Answers questions in detail.
I appreciate her thorough, professional manner.
Very professional
She could have spent a few minutes with me. Salvatore was helpful when my vision blacked out.
Jamie Odden is great.
She needs to interact with the patients a little more, I think she didn’t say more than two words during the visit. I know it’s not all her fault I can only imagine how many patients she sees a day.
Excellent
