I appreciate the fact that the doctor saw me was such short notice. I felt that there was a time commitment that he had to see many other patients and we were a bit hurried in our discussion. Again, thanks for getting me in to see the doctor with such short notice, thank thank you.

When I checked out, the woman asked for $55.00. I asked "Isn't this covered by insurance?" She said, "Oh, do you want to use your insurance?" Well, of course! This is NO way to treat your clients. I want an explanation.

Dr didn't even look at my full chart. Had incorrect info, which showed he only glanced at situation. Need new glasses, but told me to go to optomotrist in same business. Will cost me out of pocket for 2nd exam. Told him the optomotrist he wants me to see prescribed 3 different presriptions that I couldn't see with, why would I go back. He clearly was only interested in the LO Eye profits, not in the patient.
