My first appointment with the doctor. I don’t like giving a review based on one experience. Having said that, she was professional and, competent and I was satisfied with the appointment and would be comfortable with her care in the future.

Mihgt be profesional, thought your entire office were cold fish, Not a warm friendly atmosphere. Should introduce self and shake hands, like my other doctors do.

Today I had one of the best experiences I have ever had at a doctor's office.l From the receptionist to the young lady doing the initial initial testing to Dr Chinwuba, the service was exceptional. Everyone was professional, and pleasant.

Dr Chinwuba is rude. I was not happy about the long wait times and let her know and asked how long the appointment would take. It was almost an hour after my appointment time that I actually saw her. Instead of trying to diffuse the situation by offering an apology, she borderline threatened not to examine my eyes. Wrong approach, Ms. Chinwuba. Let me help you do your job better by telling you what you should have said: “I’m sorry for the wait, l know your time is valuable, let’s get this appointment going so we can get you on your way!”

Went in with stye that wouldn't go away. After evaluated, I was told I would need a procedure or steroid injection. I ask if there was a cream I could use, she told me there wasn't. Made appoint for steroid injections, The different Doctor told me I couldn't get steroid injections and he advised against procedure. He ended up giving me a prescription for a steroid and antibiotic cream. I am frustrated and disappointed I had to take PTO again and pay for another appointment when I could have gotten the cream prescription I desired in my first appointment. When expressing my frustration to my Father, I also found out Dr. Chinwuba gave him the wrong prescription for his glasses which caused him a big inconvenience. Never like writing negative reviews, but I am hoping this helps prevent future frustrations and inconveniences for future patients.

I never even got to see this doctor, I sat for an hour and a half waiting to see her and no one said anything to me. I explained prior my appointment that I had another doctor's appointment at 1pm that I needed to be at and they simply left me waiting. I finally had to walk up to the desk and inform them I had to leave at 12 14 in order to make my other appointment. When I was informed she had an emergency. So no one on her team could have come back and rescheduled with me. Instead they kept me waiting for an hour and a half.

Dr Chinwuba is personable, professional, efficient and takes time to explain the findings from the tests conducted. She is EXCELLENT. She should provide training for the other doctors on patient interaction. I’ve been a patient here for many years and most of my interactions I’ve had with doctors in the past have been good at best. So nice having someone with both personal and technical skills. Thank you.

To the point and easy to talk to. The assistant (Olga) that set me up before the doctor came in is amazing! It’s the second time that I’ve had her before the doctor comes in and she is very knowledgeable and professional. A great team!

I am probably too sensitive but I felt a whole lot of blame coming at me from you. I thought it might partially be that you wanted me to take serious the restrictions on my driving and I can understand that but I think I might choose a little more friendly doctor for next time. Life has been very hard for me the last couple of years partially due to lymphedema and partially due to my high rent and the need for me to continue working until I find something else I can move into. Life has ben extremely hard for me the last year so I look for people who encourage me not discourage me, but I understand you need your patients to take these things seriously. However I am mature enough that I do take them serious. Oh, and than you very very very much for taking me after I came more than 15 minutes late. I really do appreciate that.

Very professional exam, calm atmosphere, personally feel like I could’ve gotten a bit more information about my eyes and precautions for glaucoma but I will check in with her at the next appointment. Great visit though! I love this office. No pain, Heidi helped calm my anxiety about drops/puff test.
