Explained what he was doing and why, and where we were at in the process of my treatment, and what we were going to do moving forward. Very nice and professional.

Dr. Thompson is excellent: intelligent, knowledgeable, kind, personable. He took the time to listen to me and understand my situation. I would certainly recommend him to anyone seeking a retina specialist.

Doctor is great.. explaining my condition and answering all my questions. However, Eye Associates, I am not so happy with. I waited a little over two hours before seeing the doctor, and the technician that did the initial evaluation had only been there for two months and was just asking lots of basic questions that took too much time. And this person came from retail industry. So not even from another eye place, so I was not very comfortable with her. I am sure she had some training but not the same experience as when I’ve had other technicians who have worked in eye doctor offices. I will need to be asking next time for my appointment. I don’t wanna be with a technician that is a newbie… They take too long to do the exam initially and maybe that’s the protocol for Eye Associates, however, is not very customer efficient.
