Doctor is great.. explaining my condition and answering all my questions.
However, Eye Associates, I am not so happy with. I waited a little over two hours before seeing the doctor, and the technician that did the initial evaluation had only been there for two months and was just asking lots of basic questions that took too much time. And this person came from retail industry. So not even from another eye place, so I was not very comfortable with her. I am sure she had some training but not the same experience as when I’ve had other technicians who have worked in eye doctor offices.
I will need to be asking next time for my appointment. I don’t wanna be with a technician that is a newbie… They take too long to do the exam initially and maybe that’s the protocol for Eye Associates, however, is not very customer efficient.

He is professional, wise, and he is the only one who listens to me. He got me to a rheumatologist and on my way to feeling better. My eyesight is so much better with his help and patience. Thank you Dr. Thompson!
