We love Dr. Spencer and his staff is always very welcoming and friendly. But for the last several appointments the wait has been excessively long sometimes an hour.

Out of every doctor, I see, he is my absolute favorite. The day he retires is the day that will not be good for me! His office staff is amazing as well.

Dr. Spencer graduated with honors from the University of California Geffen School of Medicine in 1989, and afterward he completed residencies in internal medicine and ophthalmology through the UCLA Medical Center and Oregon Health & Science University. He is certified in ophthalmology by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a fellow with the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
Following his education, Dr. Spencer joined his father in business. Together, they established a free-standing ambulatory surgical center, Spencer Eye Surgery and Laser Center in Camarillo, CA. Now, he brings his deep compassion and thirty years of experience to patients in Oxnard.
