I have been going to Doctor Spencer for many years. I have found them to be very confident and pleasant to deal with. In an emergency he was available outside of normal business hours.

Dr. Spencer graduated with honors from the University of California Geffen School of Medicine in 1989, and afterward he completed residencies in internal medicine and ophthalmology through the UCLA Medical Center and Oregon Health & Science University. He is certified in ophthalmology by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a fellow with the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
Following his education, Dr. Spencer joined his father in business. Together, they established a free-standing ambulatory surgical center, Spencer Eye Surgery and Laser Center in Camarillo, CA. Now, he brings his deep compassion and thirty years of experience to patients in Oxnard.
