I had never been to Dr. Romano before and I really went because Dr. Schneider removed my cataracts in 2014 and I was most impressed with her! As it turned out Dr. Romano checked my out throughly. I had been losing sight in my right on and of for about three months. He said it was my right eye he believed it was my right carotid artery causing the problem. Had the test the next week and he was right on spot with his diagnosis. My right carotid artery was 75% to 90% blocked. I will be meeting with a cardiovascular surgeon on the 20th of this month to schedule surgery. If Dr. Romano hadn't of figured it out it would have been a matter of time before I had a stroke. The surgery hasn't been done yet but as far as I am concerned Dr. Romano saved my life. I rate him with 10 stars in my brain and 5 on the available rating chart!!!!
