Seemed to be very smart and very pleasant they all start out this way we will see how it goes for the future I liked him much better than Hesperia ca did not seem clean

Dr. Jung is a wonderful doctor who is highly intelligent and very caring at the same time. I look forward to my eye appointments every 6 months because I know my eyes are being well taken care of.

Dr. Yung is knowledgeable about his field, but the overall customer experience was not the best. It was a very transactional experience. Some of his staff seemed a bit inexperienced and not sure what to do. My time was wasted while people had what seemed to be personal conversations in the hallway while I waited to be helped. He also made several comments about how the previous provider had not provided him with sufficient context about my case, which I felt is a concern for him to take up with that provider and not with me.

Yesterday’s visit went well. Your staff performed a variety of eye test. Each test was explained to us in detail in a very that we could understand the words. Sometimes it’s hard to understand medical terminology. Dr made me and my mother very comfortable. I am commenting for my mom.

The ophthalmologist seems to always be in a rush. Tons of patients to see so doesn’t feel like you have enough time to ask questions. Don’t really feel like I’m being “seen” as an individual.
