My experience with Dr.Yung has been disappointing. First of all he showed little concern or attention to my mother's serious eye condition, even as she was losing her vision due to glaucoma.
On a different visit, without performing any proper examination, he diagnosed her with an "eye allergy"' when in fact she was suffering form a severe infection. Weeks later, when the infection had worsened significantly, he referred her to another specialist far away, stating that the problem was now " too deep" for him to handle.
Throughout our over a year visits, he avoided eye contact, mumbles through his mask and spent less than 5 minutes in the room after making my 80 year old mother wait over one hour.
Sadly, my mother's vision had declined. When her eye pressure rises and causes painful headaches, instead of adjusting her prescription or treatment, he simply says, "It's Okay." This level of care is unacceptable and caused us great distress. We have asked for a new Glaucoma specialist.
