I give 3 stars because the actual exam was professional and thorough, but the attitude-or what we used to call "bedside manner" - was not that great. I am a cancer patient...just went through major abdominal surgery...worried about my eye. There was no compassion, no mercy, not even friendliness. I had to sit nearly off the chair with one leg hanging to the side because she basically said my gut was in the way. No attempt to try to make me comfortable, or help me on or off the chair. I think- especially with my insurance- medical care has become like a conveyer belt or cows being led to the milking barn. Come through, do not attempt to speak or connect, stand or sit still to be poked or prodded. Open the stall door and get out. Next time I will say moo upon leaving!
