My appointment was at 8;56. She didn’t get to me till 10:20. She said the patients ahead of me had a lot of questions. There shouldn’t have that many.
Explains results very well and answers questions. Very organized in her assessments and procedures.

My appointment time was 11:30. A.m.. we waited in line forever to check in for no one is at their desk. I would guess it was at least a half hour wait. But once I got to Dr. McKenzie's area things went quickly and she was amazing!
