Very nice and pleasant visit. All the staff from checking in to the Doctor were friendly and answer all of my questions.

He was kind and courteous seemed a bit distracted and nervous. Did a good job w the flat syringe as could be expected luckily. Did not know of specialized equipment in his profession and recommended using pointer finger to extract debris/drainage blockage from obstructed lacrimal ducts. Did not seem to have been well versed in my medical chart and the referral for me being there.
I did not get the procedure I will need being stints in my lacrimal ducts due to lacrimal dacrystinosis which is self diagnosed and has been verified by eye specialists in Las Cruces NM namely Southwest Eye Institute on Saturn.
The staff was very attentive and all the ladies there are very diligent in their profession and made the long trip well worth the travel to give well deserved accreditation where actually due. . .
