Informative, pleasant
Dr. Merrill explains what he is doing, plans to do in the future and answers any questions you may have on the procedure he is performing
the wait in the exam room between associate getting me ready for doctor and the doctor's arrival is way too long. He is good once he comes in, but I have yet to have him come in within 15 minutes after assoc. leaves me in the room.
