He was cheerful and kind to the patient initially. However, he spent very little time with us. I had a few questions and he walked out of the room while I was talking. The appointment served no purpose and we were left with questions that no one else could answer for us.
Happy so far

Thorough and friendly.
So professional, gosh he new right away my dad's problem he explained everything...very good 👍
Im very satisfied with Dr Merrill But, Consistently long wait times is in an exam room is my complaint with Pacific Eye, both at SLO and Pismo offices. Waiting 45 minutes + in an exam room is poor service.
Nice guy1. Nice haircut!! I feel comfortable with him and well taken care of.
We really like the services you guys provide to us your patients, in the past you helped my mother (Irene) with her eye surgery and now is going to be for my dad (Gabino), he went for his pre-op surgery appointment and like that he received all the information he needs to review what is going to happen before and after his surgery. Thank you for being there for everyone who has eye problems like us.
The changes that the doctor made in my prescriptions have improved my eyesight, which is truly a blessing.
Dr was on time, cordial and
