I had a cataract surgery on my left eye yesterday. Dr Carsen cdid an amazing job, I couldn’t believe I was able to see next day. I can’t wait to get my right eye which is due next Tuesday.. Thank you doctor .

Fantastic, Christine is very, caring and very considerate of yours cares and concerns. She frankly is the best eye Physician/ Surgeon I have ever had from simply exams to surgical procedures. I would recommend Dr Christine Larsen to anyone. She has performed two cataract procedures for me! She gives a new meaning to Top notch!

Dr. Larsen completed her doctor of medicine degree at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. During medical school, Dr. Larsen received the Bookmeyer Scholarship, the Rudolph & Gerald Schenken, MD Scholarship and the Nebraska Medical Foundation Student Research Grant. She obtained her ophthalmology residency training at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, where she served as Chief Resident and was honored with the Outstanding Resident Research Award.
She completed her fellowship in Glaucoma at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, WI and was awarded a number of other scholarships and grants throughout her academic career.
Dr. Larsen is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Glaucoma Society and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. She has been heavily involved in medical mission initiatives, including participating as an associate Ophthalmologist with ORBIS Flying Eye Hospital during a service mission to Surabaya, Indonesia in March 2012.
