Very good Dr. Patient communication.
This is probably the first one that I have ever given a one to someone in a survey, but I'm astounded at the lack of compassion that Dr. Chiang had for my situation. I read some poor reviews for him prior to my appointment, but I dismissed them and had an open mind. I've had 2 other providers at Eye Associates that were wonderful.

After a very long day for the doctor band me I was greeted as though I was the first patient of the day. FANTASTIC BED SIDE MANNER! Very informative and thorough! You are lucky to have him on your staff!
