I recently visited Dr. Catherine Shiels and had a great experience. The office was immaculate and modern, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. The check-in process was seamless and efficient, and there was no waiting time, which was great! The nurse I got was super nice. Dr. Shiels was incredibly professional and attentive, taking the time to thoroughly explain everything and answer all my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Sheils for anyone in need of eye care!

Very accommodating. She responded to my concerns and updated me and gave me recommendations how to maintain my eye health. Made me feel welcome for an annual checkup.

She explained everything I needed to know, and did a thorough examination and analysis.

This was my first experience with Dr. Sheils and this facility. I was impressed with the facility and felt very good with Dr. Sheils. I am very happy that this place was recommended to me by my primary Dr. Liske. I will have my surgery done by Dr. Sheils. The entire staff that I dealt with was top shelf and knew their business. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Dr Sheils was very professional and knowledgeable, explained her diagnosis and presented next step surgery procedure. Ciarra was fantastic and proficient at the first steps and assessments and Juliana was professional and empathetic in resolving a very unfortunate experience with the office person who insisted I could not keep my appointment because I didn’t provide my insurance information…even though I tried multiple times to give it to her. Anna was helpful in scheduling a follow up appointment.
