Dr. My was great, he was thorough in his assessment and didn’t make me feel like my appt was rushed. He allowed time for questions and made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend.

Dr Ng is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He always takes the time to listen to my concerns and explains the best course of treatment, I only wish he was in the Upland facility more often.

He completed his ophthalmology residency at Loma Linda University and pursued further specialized training with a fellowship in vitreoretinal surgery at West Coast Retina, California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco.
Before joining Pacific Eye Institute, Dr. Ng practiced at Retina Consultants of Orange County, where he provided advanced retinal care across multiple locations. He is an active member of the American Society of Retinal Specialists and the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
Dr. Ng is dedicated to advancing the field of retina through research and has contributed to numerous clinical studies and peer-reviewed publications. He also has a strong commitment to community service, having participated in international ophthalmology mission work and resident education programs.
Outside of medicine, he embraces the challenge of learning golf, finding joy in the process of improvement. When he’s not on the course, he cherishes every moment with his wife and four children, making family time his top priority. A lifelong Lakers fan, he enjoys following the highs and lows of the season. Whether in his practice or personal life, he is passionate about growth, connection, and dedication—values that guide his approach to patient care.
