The reviews listed below were collected independently of Unifeye Vision Partners through rater8. Each review represents an authentic and verified patient experience.
Mr. Ng was extremely rude and condescending, treated me like I was a retarded child instead of with any respect at all. Would not let me ask ANY questions. I left there without important information about not only why I was there, but got zero answers to very important questions I had that can permanently affect my vision. The tech with him was just as bad, this type of bad attitude tends to spread in offices when the doctors are this rude. I didn't say anything and just walked out because there is nothing you can say that will help with a doctor with a very bad attitude. Don't waste your time here, go elsewhere. The staff at the same office across the street were VERY VERY NICE and answered one of my important questions when the doctor was difficult ON PURPOSE and told me "You're just going go have to Google it". Well, Google is not what I was paying for. Just REALLY REALLY RUDE and purposefully difficult.
