On time- asked questions- listened - adjusted based on discussions - WOW - a doc who is patient focused! great nurse who prepared me, great assistant who worked with the doc- great technician who did the deep eye exray - courteous and professional front desk. WOW - I rarely do reviews- but this team has a great leader (Dr. O) and they reflect his positive approach! Thank you for taking such good care of me.

Dr. Oldenburg explains everything and takes time to answer all questions. He is so nice and calm. The staff is always nice. I have been referring him to my friends who need cataract surgery. Did not see him. Though I told the front desk I wore contacts they still gave e an appointment with him. I was truly looking forward to seeing an ophthalmologist (with my family history of macular degeneration) but was told he does not do contacts and I had to be reschedule with an optometrist. Disappointed. Considering just continuing with my old optometrist

I have been seeing him for over a year, my eyes and vision are getting worse, never seems to address my vision, did not take eye pressure even though I'm putting cortisone drops and others 4 × a day. I'm finding a nother doctor. Your company never answers the phone, knowone knows what there doing there, plus I'm on 6 prescriptions for my eyes and I have to ask to have it written down.

After having LASIK & cataract surgery on both eyes I am back to wearing glasses. Disappointed but very happy with Dr Oldenburg, my appointment was quick & easy. He gave me a RX within 45 minutes I was there. I will see him again

I called because my eyes weren’t healing as well as they should be from my blepharoplasty. I was told that the surgeon Dr Hellman could see me. When I arrived I was told that he was in the SLO office. I was disappointed about that. Hannah spoke to her supervisor and they squeezed me in to see my regular ophthalmologist Dr Oldenberg. He examined my eyes and prescribed an eye drop. I was very happy that I was able to be seen.
