Kind and caring for her patient
Betty is excellent. I cannot praise her highly enough. But the first person I met who did my scans and so forth treated me like an object. Did not say hi did not give me his name did not say anything except instructions. The second young man was very personable and treated me like a person.
Great care. Warm, welcoming and attentive to my questions. She spoke with knowledge and confidence.
