Friendly but professional.
Some appointments have involved up to a 5 hour wait. She does not respond well to questions, unprofessional attitude. Never explained very painful injection issue involving high retinal pressure change. Her staff we're mostly robotic in their interactions, and check in staff were very unprofessional! She's the only retinal specialist I have seen so I don't have much to compare her with, but I will find a new provider ASAP.
