Can’t wait for my procedure
Great support. She provided answers to all my questions.
I had an appointment scheduled for 8:50 AM and was taken into the room fairly quickly, which I appreciated. However, I ended up sitting and waiting until 9:33 AM before the doctor finally came in. The visit itself lasted only about 3 minutes, which felt rushed and impersonal. I understand that schedules can run behind, but the long wait for such a brief consultation was disappointing
Great experience. Staff is nice and helpful. Everyone is great
So far so good.
Great demeanor and talent
Asha was awesome, made everything smooth and easy to understand for the consultation
The organization is efficient and very professional
very professional
I felt like it was a very rushed and very brief exam with the doctor. The technicians were good and thorough. However, I did have to wait almost 45 minutes before I was brought back. I had a 130 appointment and I didn’t get taken back until about 2:15- also the quote and the pricing I was given is definitely on the high side. I have a couple friends that recently just had cataract surgery and they only paid about $2500 and toric lens where as your place is charging $3700. I’m definitely going to shop around.
