I came here for the first time with an eye infection that required urgent care. The staff was courteous and professional and accommodated me right away; I got to see Dr. Amir within hours. I liked that I could fill out the registration and patient history forms online before my visit. This made the process faster and more efficient. They also respected my time by keeping the appointments on schedule. Dr. Amir examined my eyes and diagnosed me quickly; he explained the problem clearly and prescribed me some medication. He was composed, confident and gave me the impression that I received the best care from the best doctor. Dr Amir himself is great. But making old people wait more than 2 hours for a scheduled appointment is unconscionable. Using “staffing shortages” as an excuse no longer flies.
