Overall, fine. But lacking in any specific instructions regarding the procedure. What to do, how long it would take, etc.

Got me in right away, and the MRI technician, Mark, was very professional and great personality!
The machine was old and not working properly. They had to make me get off the table to figure out what was wrong with it. I was there for 2 hours. The techs were very nice. I filled out all my paperwork when I first got there but some lady with glasses handed me the forms when I came out and said I had to fill them out.She took the clip board out of my hands without saying a word and then spoke to the woman that checked me in. I heard her say that she scanned them. The lady with the glasses said they didn’t scan them you are good to leave. This was only at 9 am. I could imagine the lack of smiles as the day goes on.
Only negative is long paperwork. When I made the appointment, all those questions were asked and answered. Think pre-checkin should be sufficient.
Friendly staff, minimal wait time, instructions clearly explained.
Mark is fantastic! Everyone is awesome and very kind in this office.
