Waited over 1.5 hours past appointment time. No communication from tech informing they were running that car behind. Worst experience from AMI since using for my imaging needs.
I had a 9 am appt on a Sat. Mrn. I waited 2 hours before I was in the Tube. No head phones for music. I was told no bc they needed to talk to me meanwhile they not once told me how much longer and countdown for it to end that gave me an anxiety attack. It was just by chance when I squeeze the panic button it was over. 2.5 hours for a 15 min procedure completely ridiculous esp on a Sat mrn. Not my first MRI but it will be my last at AMI

I was very impressed I called to have an appointment scheduled when I went to the office. I felt an easy right away staff was super friendly. Was called right away everything was just right, was able to get my results really quick.
Got in right away the technician was excellent explained everything step-by-step really ease my tension
My technician’s name was Kristen. She was extremely polite and knowledgeable. I was nervous for the CT Scan and Kristen quickly calmed me down. She clearly explained each step to me. Thank you Kristen for making the experience very easy and relaxing. I appreciate you.

I believe Jackie was the Clinical staff member who took care of me. She was kind, compassionate & professional. Made the stress of having a mammogram so amazing!
Dr Glasser was Thorough but too rough with injections. In addition, I was totally unprepared for the injections in the muscles between the shoulder blades because I got no advance notice. I usually have to take Valium but I had no time and they were painful to the point of tears. I also didn’t appreciate that she said multiple times how terrible my posture was. I did NOT have to be reminded of something I was painfully aware of.
