I came early to my appointment and because it wasn't busy they took me right in. The staff was very polite and and helpful. I always have a good experience there.
The one problem I have is that you request patients to upload their prescription, insurance cards and identification and fill out forms on the website before you come; however, when you arrive the receptionist proceeds to ask you for all these things again and when you say you uploaded them into the system, they can’t find them. This happens every time. Please educate your staff on how to access this info!
All the people at the desk were friendly, professional and very very helpful. Above and beyond.
Just try to remember to inform patients not to move between the two MRi sessions in the future 😉

Outstanding care and explanation of procedures and processes. I couldn’t have expected anything better.
Overall very pleased… The only time consuming issue Was in scheduling.
Very nice staff.
