Very professional.
Great experience! The entire team that managed my CCTA scan was caring, professional and well versed in the procedure and heart health in general. Everyone made me feel at ease.
Workers at the location are very helpful and considerate Even though the exam rooms had gotten a little back up for what ever reason for the delay which happens still the staff were very helpful to move me along so I can make my other appointments. Still its nerve racking when schedule gets off i know how to leave room for that when I go to any medical office , today I needed my time to be in order the rating stays the same some people just don't want to understand that when they are schedule for a set time That's how these people who are there to assist can get a terrible rating .
Rogel was a gentle and kind man who made me feel at ease during a very stressful and painful time. He is a great technologist.
I was pleased that I did not have to wait. In fact I was taken a little earlier than my appointment time.
Kept putting behind 2 other patients, saying I was late, when the other 2 came after my check in..nit true

Staff were very friendly.
The plus: Excellent staff and space. I made an appointment for an MRI, which was scheduled initially for 10 days after I requested the appointment. They were wonderful by getting back to me within hours and saying they had a much earlier date and time which I took advantage of. Do to the fact that I filled out the necessaryforms before hand, they actually begin my procedure 15 minutes earlier than scheduled. The minus: i’ve had many MRIs over the years at different facilities. AMI’s MRI equipment is dated and very confining. Not nearly as open as some of the newer equipment at other facilities where I’ve had MRIs. If you are claustrophobic or do not like tight spaces I do not recommend this facility. They need to upgrade their MRI equipment.
