The front desk women were not friendly. The office is kind of dingy and unkempt. There’s so many different kinds of services offered. People are all over the waiting room, which is right by the bathroom and so there’s very little privacy. And the technician who did my service was excellent, but the machinery was antiquated as far as I could tell.

The staff is always very personable and helpful. The facility is always exceptionally clean . I’ve been coming here for years, and I appreciate the very pleasant facility and the supportive staff.

Original appointment offered to be pushed up earlier in the month and subsequently needed to be re-scheduled back to original date by AMI. Despite checking in online in advance, there remains too much paperwork to be completed on date of visit.

My visit went very smooth. From the time I made the appointment, until today when I had my Pet-Scan.

Nurse was very helpful and pleasant. Doctor Bradley Davis was great taking his time, making sure he checked everything thoroughly.

This allowed me to wash away any fears or concerns regarding testing. This allowed me to provide the behavior needed to complete testing productively. I hope that the person reading the MRI will give us the same consideration. I have used AMI for many of my family's needs for more than 15 years.

I had a mammogram done today. It is rasy to get an appointment and they are very prompt about seeing you. The technician I saw was very good, thorough and very gentle . I have been going to AMI since I moved to the area two years ago for different tests . I would highly recommend them for the different tests you may need.

Everyone was so nice when I went for my MRI. However trying to schedule my MRI was extremely frustrating. I called six out of five days and every time the person on the line was very nice, but they can only contact the person, who schedules MRI's for patients with pacemakers by email. This person DOES NOT have a direct phone line. So every time I called the person at AMI would politely tell me that he or she was going to send and email to the person, who schedules the MRI for me. I can't believe that the person, who schedules is allowed to be so slow replying to emails, nor can I understand how this person does not have a phone! Extremely frustrating experience.

Won't have results until tomorrow but just came back I was In and out very quickly and the office was friendly.

Only thing I see in my emailed ‘report’ it had my age as 69 and I am 68 (for 3 more days.)

Raining again the radiology technician was polite and seemed capable. The receptionist however, went over and beyond. I had forgotten my prescription. She was able to call the doctors office get the information and I was able to still have the procedure. I truly appreciate it her effort. And it even seemed like she was doing three things at one time I wish I knew her name to tell you who she was.

I really can't understand why. When you ask to make sure your position is comfortable for the entire test that that can't be handled properly. I try to make sure it happens but they wouldn't oblige. I was in pain during the entire test. People weren't very pleasant either. I don't know what's wrong with staff lately. They can't be nice. It seems to me to be pretty basic. Just be kind. It's not hard.

Everyone at AMI was wonderful--from check-in through the mammography. I was in and out in a timely manner. The only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is because AMI needs to update their confirmation email -- masks are no longer required for the appointment, the email says to wear a mask.

Very friendly staff and very timely

They were extremely patient with the fact that I was in a wheelchair, on oxygen, with limited mobility.

Minimal wait time, a mere minute or 2. Tech took me earlier than my appointment, was friendly, quick and efficient. In and out within 5 minutes!

From the welcoming receptionist to the clinical technician , I was completely satisfied with my visit. All treated me in a very welcoming manner.

Quick, efficient and professional

Everyone was very kind and helpful.

Freezing cold. No one showed any real care. Technician didn't even ask if I was comfortable. Did not help me up on table (my problem was difficulty with my leg).I told the receptionist when I filled out my papers that I needed my disc. Yet when I finished the ordeal of that extremely loud MRI, I asked for the disc and was told I'd have to wait till it came from the back.

Kelly made an uncomfortable visit very relaxing and comfortable, she def left a positive impact on my experience at AMI

Very efficient!

The waiting room was EXTREMELY cold. They gave me a blanket. While waiting for my disk, I was able to stay in the car, and a young woman brought the disk out to me.

The process of making the appointment, interaction with front desk, timelines of appointment and receiving results was all exceptional. I wish that the technician would have provided an overview of the imaging process, rather than setting me up and exiting leaving me to wonder until the end. A bit of unnecessary anxiety.

Staff was wonderful and my technician was extremely helpful and made me feel very comfortable.

My only compliant is that I told them I am claustro and wanted the open and they scheduled me one exam in the closed and one in open. Could not go in closed. Mark put me in open. had to wait an extra 30 inutes, but am so grateful he did it.
