Everyone was nice and efficient. Took me in right on time.
I was asked to arrive at 4:45 for a 5:15 test. My test didn't begin until a little after 6pm. That's not really respectful of one's time. Not sure why I needed to show up 30 minutes early when I completed all the paperwork online. Disappointed.
