My visit was fine and your technician was very helpful and did an excellent job. My only problem with AMI is the wait time. I always get first appointments and have never been taken at that time. It’s always 20 minutes to thirty minutes in waiting time. Other than that I have been coming to this facility for many years and never had any problems that I can remember.

First time I was at this location and the staff was super friendly. Waiting room was clean and well kept. From my walk into the building and out was maybe 10 minutes. I will definitely go again!!

Staff was very pleasant. My wait time for my testing was ok, had TV to watch, so that made time seem to go alittle faster. All in all, very pleased with yesterday's visit.

While in the waiting room, a woman was having a very loud conversation on her cell phone. There are no signs indicating to silent cell phones (as MOST offices do), but this conversation was very disruptive to those in the waiting room. She even indicated to the person to whom she was speaking that she had to "take care of the boobies!" VERY INAPPROPRIATE!! I mentioned this to my x-ray tech who said she would report it to the office manager.

Thank you for making a not so comfortable procedure (mammogram) tolerable! I go every year to AMI because they are quick, efficient, friendly and thorough.

Only complaint is email prep instructions were to report 1/2 hour early and I had 7am appointment. Doors did not open until 6:45.

I had to drive 25 minutes to get to Vineland. I live in Elmer. I can’t seem to ever get an appointment for anything at the hospital. Why? It’s 5 minutes from my house.

Edgar is the best! My referral had the incorrect procedure listed, so he couldn't do the tray. We called the pcp office to have the referral corrected. In the meantime, my appointment was canceled. Once my pcp office realized the problem, they faxed the corrected order. Edgar was kind enough to perform my procedure even though my appointment was canceled. He went above and beyond for me. He deserves recognition for his kindness.

Thus, all of these employees deserve a $50,000 raise… So please take care of that ASAP… Don't worry - I am sending you a check in the mail to cover their salary increases!!

I would highly recommend AMI for imaging needs.

Staff was great and the wait wasn't long. The only thing they had the AC so high it was freezing in there and it was only 70° Outside.

Front desk very rude. Waited an hour for an hour stat X-ray from doctor. Tech was very rude & made an inappropriate comment to my daughter about me taking a nap in the waiting room. Will never be back. This location needs to do better.

Everything I had done today went wonderfully! BUT If any improvements were to be made, adding a bed with stirrups would be better for those with mobility issues. Shawn and David of the clinical staff were amazing at putting me at ease and the procedure was completed without any problems and quicker that I thought. They required me to be there 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment and I arrived 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment and they didn't check me in until 11:35am, 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. That was my only issue with my service.

The technologist was top-notch, the front desk ladies were fine. But whoever is at the call center screwed up my appointment and put down on their end. One month later from my initial appointment of my phone call during my phone call I always jot down the date and speak it out loud to the person that is making the appointment. When I got into the office for February 20 they said it was March 20. This infuriated me. The people at the call center need to be diligent in their job, all their eyes and cross all of their tees not to make these mistakes.

Long wait! I was told I had a cyst, they wanted to see me again in 6 months. I went for an ultra sound. The tech and Dr did not see anything this time. But, they want to another mammogram in April? Why. I had the first mammogram in June. So April will only be 10 months.

I have been coming here for many many years when CDI was here The facility is very old and in need of updating to keep up with the competition in the surrounding areas. Staff was nice but the building is in need of being remodeled.
