Nikki was very accommodating, pleasant, helpful, really good. But I would like to kindly mention that perhaps she could tell the patient what she was going to do next like move the table or hold your arms in or something like that other than that she was terrific. The equipment she had to work with needs to be upgraded. It was clunky and extremely uncomfortable.
Easy scheduling. Friendly staff. Quick and efficient. And have online portal as well. Id recommend
Was greeted immediately, by a staff member with a smile! I know work is tough and things don’t always work the way they should, but a smile makes another person’s day! So Thank you!, to that staff member!

Satisfy with my service
I recently had to undergo four breast biopsies at AMI, and understandably I was very anxious going in. The entire staff was incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything, checked on me throughout the procedures, and made me feel as comfortable and at ease as possible during a stressful experience. I’m truly grateful for the care and support I received. Thank you to everyone at AMI for your kindness and excellent patient care.
