Staff was courteous, competent and pleasant and went beyond excellent to accommodate my current disability.
I always give this office a high rating but today I was disappointed because my appointment was at 11:15 and I was told to be there at 30 minutes in advance. I got there 10:40 and wasn’t called up to the window until 11:05 am. I wasn’t taken into the back to start my test until 11:45 am
