My MRI tech was very friendly and pleasant. On the other hand, the front desk staff member was not very friendly. I don't remember the name of the tech but she deserves 5+ stars. She was honestly able to turn my initial negative experience into an overall positive one.

10 minutes in the waiting room and I was called into the back at 9:45 for my 10 am appt. Had an MRI and xrays done and was out the door by 10:20. Very efficient.

When I went in the office, the lady at the front desk was not very friendly when she spoke to people. She was condescending when she spoke. She acted like she didnt want to be there. When I came in, I went to sign in and very rudely she said over here. I went there and I felt like she had an attitude with me because I didnt fill out the paper work online. When I brought it back up to her, she never said anything to me. I had to ask her if that was it. I dont know her name but she was there at 7:45 am on 5/20/24

One of the women working at the front desk gave me a CD and walked away. I asked what I was supposed to do with it, and she shrugged her shoulders. I then noticed she was talking on the phone via earbuds. I still don’t know what I’m supposed to do with the disc.

Front desk is too slow with check-in. I signed in ten minutes before appointment time, but wasn't called to the dek for twenty minutes. That meant I was ten minutes past my appointment time, and they still made me complete paper work. I had preregistered online so that should not have been necessary. To add to my frustration, after I completed the required questionnaire, the tech asked me the EXACT same questions before starting my procedure.

front desk was very unpleasant. arrived 30 minutes prior to my appointment as advised. was given my paperwork 5 minutes before my scheduled table time (i know things can get busy so i didn’t mind) but as i’m filling it out the front desk staff told me “you better hurry up. it is your scheduled table time.” if she would have promptly given me my paperwork when i arrived 25 minutes prior, i would have been more than ready to go at my scheduled time :)

The technician seemed very nice, but at the same time I felt like she was rushing. I’m sure it was uncomfortable for her to do the procedure, but it was also uncomfortable for myself as well.

The front desk was talking poorly about a patient that was in earlier. They were talking loud enough everyone in the waiting room heard them call him vulgar names. The good was my tech was kind and respectful.

I would’ve given this place 5 stars had it not been for the one lady at the front desk. I didn’t get her name, but it was the older lady who came off as very rude. Thank goodness for the younger one who was at the desk because she told the other lady that I had an appointment and that the tech already knew I was coming straight from work. If she wanted to leave early or if my appointment was an inconvenience then maybe she should’ve taken the day off. I wasn’t rude to her so why be rude to me?

I brought my Xray script to make an appointment, and was able to have my appointment on the spot! I only had to wait about 20 minutes or so, so I am very please with my experience today!

I can never get in and out. On a 5 minute.test I have to wait. I schedule them early so I can go to work.

Very efficient and polite staff, but the place lacks warmth, and feels impersonal. Wasn't crowded or overly busy, but felt cold., not as friendly as the Vineland office, maybe it's the times we're all going through. Thank you for the goodie bag for Breast Cancer awareness month, that was a special touch. It would be nice if personnel was taught to be more cheerful and friendly, as cancer patients and elderly people need the "human touch", especially during medical diagnosis and treatments.

I was a walk-in patient and I was handled quickly and professionally.

Susan was beyond rude and treated me very poorly for having my two children with me. I asked the scheduler -who in turn asked his boss if I could bring them for the X-ray-and was told yes. Had I been told no I would have found alternative help. I am a stay at home mom with a husband who works on a traveling train and NO family within a 4 hour drive. She repeatedly reprimanded me for several minutes and embarrassed me in front of a full waiting room of people and told me she would not be parenting them nor would anyone else be. They sat silent during the 3 minute X-ray in the hall with a video game. The front office was extremely nice and apologetic for the way they and myself were treated. They even didn’t know I had 2 kids with me because they were so quiet and well behaved. This is inexcusable behavior. Especially from a medical field staff member dealing with people in a very vulnerable state. I am disgusted and mortified for the experience I had.

I went to AMI to get an ultrasound and the Front Desk Associate took care of me in a timely manner and the lady whom performed the ultrasound was very proficient, knowledgeable, and well versed in Radiology/Ultrasound!!!! Would 100% recommend AMI!!!!

I spoke to employee told her all my medications and followed her instructions. Later discovered I was not able to have my procedure done due to taking my medicine. Had other procedure done and had to pay out of pocket for it since insurance wouldn’t cover it due to other test not being completed. So one day of work missed and 99.00 out of my pocket.

Excellent service, lovely imaging tech! My annual is always scary for me since I am a breast cancer survivor, but they make it very pleasant and efficient.

I have had testing done at this facility on several occasions. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and they stay very close to your appointment time. When I have testing advised by my doctors, I always ask if I can use AMI.
