Quick and friendly service
The receptionists and tech were very nice.
very professional. There was a problem with my script and they got it resolved, and kept me informed.
I am so mad! I want an apology because I called my insurance and I can have a mammogram anytime in the calendar year like I told the woman and she cancelled my appointment while sitting there. I lost 2-1/2 hrs of work today for nothing! A simple call from her to my insurance company would have solve her issue! Wish I could remember her name!
Front desk associates need to greet patients properly when they walk into the facility nobody should come into a facility where no “ Hi how are you” is said. The African American Front desk associate held no communication with me when I gave her the clip board with my paperwork on it, already with a bad energy. She proceeded to take the clipboard from me and gave it to her coworker and walked away as I just stood there. Nothing was said to me as for instance a “ thank you they will be calling you shortly” would go along way, instead she took my paper walked away and did not say anything . Customer service goes along way and that is not how someone should be treated.
