What's one thing that would make this place go to 100% from 99% the greatest place to get an image done??? If only the people would greet you with a smile, and act like they enjoy seeing you, instead of a frown that looks like they wanna be somewhere else Some people are coming with some devastating news and could use some smiles and hope when arriving. A smile would uplift their lives!!! Rant over!

When I arrived and signed in at the counter and took a seat as the sign directed, I proceeded to watch the receptionist do everything but her job - talking and joking with other staff, playing with her hair , etc. while I waited and waited. She didn’t even look at the sign-in until I got fed up and went to the counter and said, “do you think I could be seen today?” It was only then that she began working on my case. The actual x-ray technician was prompt and personable once you got to her through the less than ambitious front desk personnel.
