Had a 10 o’clock appointment got there 10 minutes early. They checked me in -
at 10 o’clock. They call my name done and out 15 minutes.

Your front desk associates are the friendliest and most patient people I have seen in a long time. I have really never seen anyone go out of there way to help- and be happy to do so.

Registration process easy Reception staff courteous, polite and very efficient. From my walk in door until proceedure was 15 minutes. Very impressed with site

After 40 minutes in an MRI machine for a chest MRI they pull me out and tell me the MRI didn’t work because the machine was too small and the chest plate was too close to the machine. If they knew this machine possibly wouldn’t work for me why schedule me for a location that didn’t have the larger machine that works all the time which is also in the same town I live in. They asked how big I was when I set up the appointment and if the technician knew that their machine doesn’t work sometimes why put me through that and have to go through it all over again. They should be professional and knowledgeable enough to know that given my size, 220 lbs and 6’2”, that it was possible that the test wouldn’t work and just reschedule me for the other location with the bigger machine. I’m 70 and I’m wondering if they would have put their father through what I had to go through.

I had a great experience at this location. From the front desk to my MRI tech, everyone was professional, friendly, and I was in and out and a timely fashion. I would highly recommend AMI!
