my appointment was a horrible experience. I had an appointment which i had 4 confirmations from your office by text(3) annd 1 email prior to the day. When I arrived 15 minutes early as instructed by email, I was told I didn’t have an appointment.. the two women in front handle it best they can (they were nice) but unfortunately, I can’t say that for the woman that came to help upfront from back. she was extremely rude.and told me they can put me in for an appointment but it would be a long wait meanwhile I was there 15 minutes early for my scheduled appointment.. ^As I waited in the office a gentleman came in and the same thing happened to him. Something needs to be done with your scheduling system online.. the technician was great.
