Most things were fine, but they kept me waiting almost a half an hour after my appointment time.

Arrived earlier than expected and was taken without much wait time.

Although my appointment was confirmed via text, when I arrived I was told there was no Authorization to have test performed at this location. Jyotsna gave me a phone number to call For authorization. I asked her to call as I had no Idea what she was talking about. She refused. After I placed the call and was told they sent the code to the office, she proceeded to file papers. I remained on the phone with “whoever” I was speaking to until The code came through. She then told me she didn’t have the authority to change the place until Her supervisor approved it. I will travel Wherever I have to rather than visit AMI By the way, the Hooper Ave location started the confusion. Hard to believe that either places front desk can remain employed.

When I first arrived to check in, the lady at the front desk told me I didn’t have an appointment and sent me away. I had to call the main number only to find out that I did have an appointment, my name was just wrong in the system. The lady on the phone was very helpful and figured out the whole situation.

I called to ask if I was able to have my x-ray done just by walking in. I was told they no longer offer this service. I made an appointment at morning for the same day. I arrived earlier than I planned and before my appointment and they took me in almost immediately. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I'll definitely be utilizing this facity again.

I waited 1 1/2 hours for a knee X-ray. I have been to this location many times and was taken in on time. My complaint is no one gave me an update for the delay until I asked after waiting 50 mins. If they would have updated me sooner I would have rescheduled.

Rather disappointed in the company hired to maintain your internet information. As I called and left messages four times and I also sent an email to the company, and spoke to somebody at ami. Am I said they had nothing to do with the service yet the problem is is that I cannot access my medical records online because there is some kind of discrepancy between the company that you pay to keep your service active and Ami information.

I have been going to AMI facilities for several years now and while everyone is normally very nice and professional the staff in the Tom’s River art 37 office go above and beyond. They are so friendly and helpful. I will only go back to this facility.

I've had a few adventures over contrast needles. This went pretty well. Just wish the position required for a breast MRI was a bit more comfortable. My shoulders really hated it. No complaints about your staff.

Arrived 1/2 early as requested and then sat in office for over an hour. My appointment was for 10:30 and I was still in the waiting room at 11:00. The person checking me in was in training so I hope the medical coverage billing isn’t wrong. The person sitting in the station next to the trainee should have been sitting with her and walking her through each step. The office was not crazy busy at all so this shouldn’t have been as issue.

I had a wonderful experience at this office today. The team at reception greeted me and was very efficient getting me checked in. Lindsay came out shortly afterwards and walked me through all tests that were to be done today after asking a few questions. After the ultrasound was done I waited in the reception area and Lindsay came out and informed me that the radiologist had spoken to my doctor and informed me what my next steps were. I walked out feeling confident that the test revealed clearly what I need to address. Thank you for a great experience today.

I made my appointment for the chair MRI. They booked a last minute appointment and gave it to her telling me I would have to come back another day. I drove in traffic over an hour!! Finally they asked other patient if she could use the wide bore. So I got to go in the chair.

Appointment was scheduled wrong. I called to confirm three times it was correct and I was yessed to death. Well it wasn’t. Stop outsourcing medical scheduling! They’re wrong frequently! Other patients were there with the same issues, or worse, and it’s completely unacceptable.

Over all the staff was great. Now getting to scheduling the X-ray, the person answering the call spoke broken English and I had to ask him to repeat himself several times, I’m pretty sure he was in a call center ( hopefully in the US) the background noise was horrible I’m sure that lead to some miscommunication and my ability to understand what he was saying. Don’t get me wrong he was very nice but he also kept saying “thank you” even when it wasn’t called for. I was on the phone for I’d say 20 to 25 minutes scheduling an X-ray. Just some comments I had.

Best experience (medical testing wise) I've had in a long while. The whole process was seamless and smooth. Love open MRI.

I walked in and was completely ignored. I was trying to check in. Not one person offered to assist me. There 5 women there behind the counter. Very poor customer service. This was the first time I was there that I felt unwelcome. I went to the other where there was one woman by herself and she did acknowledge me and did sign me in.

Had a great experience, my first CT Scan, I was a little nervous but my tech Bob was amazing, I felt relaxed and the procedure went very well.

I can’t imagine an X-Ray appointment being any easier. I filled out all my paperwork the night before. I was taken to X-Ray right away. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. They even recognized me from a previous visit!

The text confirmation said to wear a mask when entering your facility. When I walked in, no one was wearing a mask. Ladies at desk said it was optional, so why not just say that on your confirmation instead of scaring patients into thinking you have a communicable disease problem

We walked in to make an appointment and the girl at the front desk that helped us was so pleasant and asked if we had time to stay we could do it as a walk-in which we appreciated because I only have one day off during the week. Not as friendly as the Hooper office and not as caring as the Hooper office, they were too professional for my taste, which is OK and some incidents but when you have people coming in that are sick and worried about their exams, sometimes a little compassion goes along way

I I was treated on a professional level from the time I got there until there the time I left. The girl who was working at the desk was very polite and very helpful., she helped me with the paperwork I have Parkinson’s and I was very vervous, she helped me relax. The technician was also very helpful and very professional. You have a GREAT staff and I would recommend any one to your place of business. Thank you for your service.

The team were dealing with computers down despite people traveling a distance although they had access to paperwork. I had to insist. The team at the front desk was also rude.

The location of my appointment was changed twice prior to date. Then I arrive at the furthest location from my house and they inject the contrast and find out they don't have the machine they need there and they send me to Hooper Ave office.

Jen, the receptionist and Jen, the x-ray technician were both extremely pleasant and professional, and definitely are assets to your company.

Had almost no waiting time. Everyone was friendly, courtious and very professional. When they were setting me up for my MRI, they made sure that I was physically comfortable and understood everything about the procedure and reminded me at each step. The office was very clean and at a comfortable temperature.

I do have a suggestion. If you took a video of a CT Scan in progress, and made it available for patients to watch at home prior to the date of their scan, I think that it would help take the anxiety out of the CT Scan. I had some anxiety about what the scan would be like, but undergoing it was nothing at all to be anxious about.

Your web site requires a password between 6 and 12 characters. The iOS suggested password is longer. Please remove the 12 char length so it’s easier for us to get into the site and do the things you want us to do. Otherwise, my care was excellent. Very efficient except for the web and paper processes.

Margaret at the front desk was especially kind as she took my information and Maria my tech was excellent as she guided me through the x-ray procedure.
