I’m going to be honest I’m very inpatient patient but today was extremely busy but the staff moved the patients forward w great communication skills and very perperfesional so help full kind Great Hospitality Thankyou very much I can refer A friend Great Work

Don't know a Donna or Leamon. Had to ask all staff members their names. Not able to access portal w Ami or tech co, Open door,for over 3 hrs of my precious time. Still unable to access portal w clear path. Supervisors were all on vacation per staff,especially one very negative female staff member w a nasal septum ring. She refused to assist in any way.No one would help contact ami portal staff except for Jess,a few days later when cervical mri done. Overall attitudes at front desk I interacted with had a " don't give a darn negative attitude, I'm not helping you". Garbage left overflowing in trash receptacles in changing rooms, ie. Gowns, shoe covers, disposable shorts.No help offered tying gown offered, only when requested. Violate hipaa by saying your last name. Customer service is poor, attitudes negatively judgmental sorry to say. Patients are ultimately paying their salaries.

Friendly and respectful and friendly people.
Great experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially my technologist. In truth, I was very anxious but felt much better after I was done. Images were clear and very quickly available, even during the holidays. I’d recommend AMI to anyone.
