Nice and easy and quick
From the moment I stepped through the door until I left your staff could not have been nicer
Staff went over and above to help my husband relax and agree to proceed with his study. They then escorted him to our car in a facility wheelchair. Excellent care and true kindness. Thank you

Front door would not open when button was pushed. I actually had to knock on a window to have someone let me enter.
