Arrived at 1:55 for a 2:30 appointment. I wasn’t called back until 2:38 by Lora. She told me she was going to get me checked in and she’d be with me after she was done with the current appointment. I said you still have someone else ahead of me? She said yes, I’m running behind but I can get you situated in the back and I’ll be with you soon. I said my appointment was for 2:30, and she said “yes and it’s 2:38”. And I said you have someone else waiting still. She said you can come back if it’s a problem and you don’t want to wait. I said I’m here now I don’t want to come back. She said ok, we will get to you today. WHY IS THE RESPONSE FOR ME TO BE INCONVENIENCED BY COMING BACK ANOTHER DAY BECAUSE YOUR STAFF CAN’T KEEP TO A SCHEDULE? Why is that my problem? My appointment was for 2:30, not 2:38, not 2:50. I had a problem at this location previously and I see not much has changed. Very happy to say this will be my last appointment at AMI unless I can’t find anywhere else to go.
