While in the waiting room, I could hear an employee having a private conversation. Their voice was loud, sounded like they were complaining about something and possibly used foul language. Typically it’s quiet and calm while waiting for the appt which helps to set the appropriate environment.
I had the most pleasant experience today at your office. Outstanding staff!
