The staff is always considerate, patient and caring. I have never had a problem there if anything it’s always a good experience.
Scheduled for an ultrasound of the foot. My Dr, AMI scheduler, AMI tech all said the procedure would be done by a Dr. This is how it was done previously in 2019. An inexperienced tech performed an initial exam and took images. Was told a Dr would be in to repeat the imaging. Instead a second tech came in and spent 5 minutes repeating the imaging. Dr never took part in the imaging process as he is suppose to do. Got the report and the Dr didn’t even bother comparing the results to previous imaging done by AMI as is standard practice. AMI has become a sh** show.
Office is beautiful and the staff/techs so very kind. I get claustrophobia in MRI’s and I’m a hard stick when looking for a vein. They made the test actually a wonderful experience!
Victoria was very professional as well as very personable she was very nice and efficient. It was a breeze with her. Good job!
