From the moment I walked through the door,I was greeted by a receptionist that were very personable friendly and very helpful.theI met Karen the Nuclear Med tech. She was so nice and concerned about my wellbeing (fear of needles). She was done before I thought she started.such wonderful examples of caring and I felt genuine concern from all that helped me
Great job by all. Took 4 tries to get my IV in, but the staff patiently explained everything and helped me stay relaxed.
Dr. Lai was no help all!
