The staff was incredible. They explained everything amd ensured my comfort.

No wait - was taken for MRI at my appointment time.
The receptionist was wonderful, very caring and told me everything was going to be OK. The tech on the other hand was very unprofessional. I think she was aggravated that she didn’t think I could fit in the machine. She jammed the helmet on my head, again like it’s my fault that my head is big. She told me to stay still. I thought she was only referring to my head. Apparently I moved my leg because I have arthritis and in a very nasty tone said she would have to do it again I apologized for moving. She never told me her name, when I got up to leave, I almost forgot my glasses. In a very stern voice “take your glasses”. I have inquired and her name is Jenny. I brought all of this to Holly’s attention and she said Kisa would be calling me. I think Jenny needs a long vacation,
