One negative - there was an older lady ahead of me waiting to register for our appointments. She had a can and was frail. I told her to sit down and she said she was sitting but afraid they would not see her. You need a better system that accommodates handicapped people. She did sit down and I told her dont worry I will let her know when they call the next person.
