All was great EXCEPT a few front desk people,we complaining LOUDLY about a work email they received. I wish I knew the 2-3 peoples names because it was not who checked me in. Not only was it unprofessional, it was extremely stressful to me while I was already anxious sitting there waiting for my mammography. I literally had palpitations from them. As a customer service professional myself, I know how not to act.

I love the care I received at AMI, but I wish the staff would have been masked during this current COVID wave. COVID is an airborne virus. Period. Making masks optional does NOT keep anyone safe. Hand sanitizer doesn’t prevent breathing in and out an AIRBORNE virus. Seriously disappointed.

Stood in line waiting to check in while the four women at the desk just sat there for over 5 minutes with no one in front of them. They seemed to be working on paperwork but all four of them not taking anyone standing in line. Maybe have 2 of them at a time working on paperwork, but stop and pay attention to the people in line!!!! Start helping the people waiting in line and do your paperwork once the line is cleared. There were 5 people waiting in the line!!!!

The office was very nice and clean. I was called back into the room for my ultra sound within five or ten minutes. I didn’t have to wait long at all. The woman who did my ultra sound really made the whole experience more comforting and overall better. She was very thorough explaining what would happen and a very very kind person. The only slight thing that I didn’t like was the front desk associate who helped me. She just seemed like she was maybe having a bad day and was kind of off putting and snobby. While all the other desk associates were very sweet to the other patients.

When you get in the doctors office, they are all great. But you cannot make an appointment right there at the front desk. I needed to see a doctor ASAP and had to wait 18 days. That is ridiculous.

I was sent over by my 3 year olds pediatrician so she could get an X-ray done so we were a walk-in and didn’t have an appointment prior. We were in the waiting room for no longer than 15 minutes before we were called back. The girls at the front desk and very nice and patient which is great especially since we were there for my daughter who was afraid. Everyone we encountered at that office was very welcoming and tried to make my daughter feel as comfortable as possible.

Front desk had one person and was told to arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment yet didnt get checked in until appointment time and then didnt get my xray until 30 minutes after appt time.

Such an effortless experience. The girls at the front desk were sweet, the procedure explained and it was over in minutes. Great place and I got my results the next day!

There was a bit of a problem because of my mistake . I had scheduled the test but had forgotten to get the script from Dr. Barrios. I went and spoke to a very kind and helpful person at the front area and her name is Victoria. I explained my problem and she was able to speak with the Dr. to get the script I needed. So I praise her highly for her kindness and help And also to Dr. Barrios as he is wonderful as is his staff. Then with the script I went back to wait to have my mammography. Donna was great and she explained what I needed to do each time before she took the picture. These individuals are an asset to AMI.

I don't like the command "You must arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time". And this time I got a text telling me to upload by prescription. Why? How is that to my benefit? Or is it to decrease your staff workload, and your profit? The healthcare equivalent of the self -checkout at the grocery store. I hate how healthcare is more about profit than respecting the individual and their well-being. The staff was efficient and pleasant and I have no complaints about them.

Office is pleasant and clean. Although waiting time is usually minimal, I would suggest having a news channel on the TV rather than a limited interest network such HGTV.
