Dr. Pack was exceptional. He took his time to explain the pending procedure and what I can expect. He was very calming and reassuring throughout. Kayly was fantastic and explained before and after care, as well as what to expect from the procedure- spot on to what the doctor explained. Payton the ultrasound tech was just as fantastic! Both of these women are very competent in their positions and they worked well with the doctor. Very reassuring. This team made me feel very comfortable with an uncomfortable situation. Also appreciated receiving a follow up phone call the next day just to check up on me. Thank you AMI team for outstanding care and service.
