Pleasant experience
It took 18 minutes to be called to the front desk. There were people behind the desk without people in front of them. I finally got up and walked up to the desk. In my opinion, someone should always be checking the clipboard for people that walk in. Even better, switch to a system that's electronic so it alerts somebody that's sitting behind a computer.
The office was very clean and nice.
