Over an hour behind schedule for my MRI.
Staff… all r excellent
Dawn at the front desk in Galloway was able to assist me with an earlier appointment, CT was very attentive
I CAME in early but only waited a few minutes. The women behind the desk were very pleasant, my lady who did scans was very nice good experience.

i have been to AMI EHT many times... wonderful experiences for all the studies i had done since 3/26, however for this visit at the galloway AMI the mammo tech was very gruff. not friendly. if i had experienced a visit like i did today with the mammo tech i would not return to AMI. a little compassion, not to mention consideration and respect goes a long way. gruff doesn't!!!!

Apparently one of the mri machines were broken, so it meant my appointment would have been 1hr+ late. This would have cost me being late for work---which I had to schedule around the app To begin with. So I now have to take off work again. So no, I'm not happy.
