Very annoyed!! Rescheduled from prior week due to insurance reason. Rech on Nov. 18 was not informed & wasted time repeating the review of file & coverage. I do not blame the tech! I will speak directly to corporate!
The MRI machine was one of the smaller ones I've ever been in - extraordinarily small and tight. Very uncomfortable. I had to scrunch up my shoulders and arms when it moved.
The staff was amazing. Terry and Kaitlyn made me feel comfortable, answered my questions and explained everything they were doing. Brian
