Maritsa, Cathy, and the tech who did my chest CT were great. Mariska had a hard job to do with my mammogram, as I have small dense breast. She was a perfectionist in getting the perfect picture. She was patient and guiding while she moved me into different positions. Thank you all for your efficiency and your kindness. I will go nowhere but AMI in EHT!!!

My fear for MRIs has grown over the years. The staff was very considerate in their knowledge of this and their efforts to get me through it in the best fashion. I can’t say that my fear has been alleviated, but I can say that if I ever need another one that crew is the one I want. If and when anyone anyone I know needs a similar MRI, I would feel comfortable in advising them To have it done at your facility. Thank you.

The front desk intake person was friendly and greeted me with a smile. Katie listened to my concerns about being claustrophobic. She adjusted the machine several times to make the experience more comfortable for me even tho it clearly took her more time. * I did have to call two times to confirm the fasting part of my treatment. I’m glad I did, the first operator gave me instructions for a coronary die test that was mush more invasive then the 15 minute CT calcium scan that was performed. Truthfully, all that mattered was my experience at the office which was excellent. Please recognize Katie for being thoughtful, professional and efficient!

This is the absolute fastest I have ever been in and out of any appointment in my entire life! I am entirely serious about this statement. I had an appointment at 5:15. Checked in at 5:00. Filled out two sheets of questions and was called in immediately for a Low Dose CT. Was done at 5:18. Start to finish was 18 minutes which is totally unheard of. Kudos to AMI EHT!!

I errored by going to the EHT location when I was scheduled to go to Hammonton for my CT. EHT squeezed me in and took the scan. Staff was very friendly and accommodating from star to finish

My visit for a Coronary CT scan was great. The technician that helped me Was absolutely Wonderful. My only recommendation is that there absolutely should be reclining comfortable chairs in the waiting room as you are waiting for your heart rate to drop to do the procedure After medication has been administered. You cannot Relax on a hard chair. It is stressful enough doing the test to begin with. Maybe make a “Zen” Room.

The person that did my mammogram took way to long. Took forever to position my breast on the machine. Usually one breast is still covered in the robe while imagining the other. NOT this time. My whole experience this time was very uncomfortable. It seemed like she didn't know what to do. I was asked how many sisters my parents had. End of question. Why would that matter. I could understand if she asked did anyone have breast cancer. Nope just how many sisters. This was the first time I having a bad experience. Usually quick and easy.

I wanted to do both my xray and mammogram at this facility to save on gas, but I was not accomodated in this area. I had to travel to another town to get my mammogram done. I'm sure they could have squeezed me in some way.

Merry gave me my mammogram. Due to previous breast cancer I have a scar which makes a mammogram painful. Merry performed my mammogram in a quiick ,manner that was amazing! My last previous mammogram I left in tears from pain and this time I left with a smile on my face ! Merry asked throughout of the mammogram if I was doing ok. That’s how caring she was. Whoever hired Merry was very smart , I am going to recommend Merry to all of my friends.

I had several bad experiences in the past with panic attacks while in the machine. I explained this to the tech and she was wonderful. She explained everything before the MRI. She communicated with me the entire time I was inside the machine, telling me the minutes and when it would move. I feared going for this MRI for weeks before the date. I don’t think I will ever have that fear again…thanks to the techs at AMI.

Everything went well and was without delay. The staff was completely respectful and pleasant. Someone even called to remind me to bring my remote.

The one tech made me feel like she wasn’t going to do my MRI. I understand I have a broken foot and ankle but shouldn’t have felt like how I was the issue.

You insist the patients be there 30 minutes before their appointment. I filled out all paperwork online and so the check in process took less than one minute, literally. I then had to wait over an hour and a half because you were running over an hour behind. That is disrespectful of people’s time. I had taken a specific amount of time off from work and it caused havoc on my schedule. Being that far behind, you should call patients in advance and tell them to come in later, but at the very least you should have the receptionist advise them when they check in because you certainly knew when I checked in.

All around excellent visit for my annual mammogram. Everyone was very nice and efficient! I’ve never had a bad experience with AMI. I’m not able to rate each individual that I came in contact with as I do not know their name.

I will mention there was a patient in the waiting room who was playing his phone video very loudly and the video had a lot of foul language. Not sure what you typically do when this occurs. Thankfully he was called back quickly.

Everyone was professional yet friendly and compassionate. The facility is amacculate. Plenty of easy parking and a great drop off area. I'm disabled and have trouble with my breathing, especially in weather like this. It made for a wonderful experience! Thank you so much! I will definitely return to this office as I have made a few friends while here.
