They were very helpful and very nice made you feel welcomed
They were about 10-15 minutes behind schedule in spite of no one in the waiting area. They don't seem as friendly as they normally are, maybe a bad day, but they're in the patient care business and that's not really acceptable. Dr seems he need my approval on what goes in my report. Makes me a bit uneasy!
