Staff is professional and courteous.
The staff is exceptional and they supply CDs to patients upon request. Doctors want CDs and AMI ‘s decision to not provide CDs to patients at all locations is not very patient centered. I don’t want to make a second trip to pick up a disk for my doctor.

* Checkin simple and fast. * Taken back and only told to just remove shirt, put on gown. Took 30 seconds and nothing and no one around for 20 min. Never told I could use locker for belongings or there was a small waiting room nearby. Then interviewed by a quick talking, impatient, uptight nurse, I then needed pills to lower my 80 BP to 60.(why was this not advised in prep notes) Also suprised that nitro tab would be put under toungue (again advise sooner) This nurse insert IV line and put minimum tape to hold it in place.Then took an hour in a very cold blowing 67 degree waiting room. The long dangling,unsecured IV has now caused severe long term bruising. (insert after BP is checked and just before procedure) CT scan with nurse Debbie (who also earkier saw and secured the IV with a better tape) went smoothly, quickly and well. But afterwards the interview nurse, pulled out the IV roughly, slapped the discharge instructions and escorted me out still dazed, wozzy and a bit unstable.
My daughter is helping me fill this out. She’s a nurse. She said how amazingly wonderful, professional and happy and delightful. Every single staff member was. Extremely accommodating.!!
