Professional and efficient process
Officer Primentel documented errors in my report by exchanging my name (the complainant) with the accused person’s wife’s name, which she had nothing to do with the harassment.
The VA sent me to the office for an ultrasound AND and an xray. When I was on the phone with the VA, we called AMI (3 way call) and Between the 3 of us, we scheduled the ultrasound for 1:30pm and the Xray for 2pm. When I arrived, I was told by Leamon (front desk) that I couldn’t do the xray bc there was no script for it. So I didn’t get that done. Idk how there was no script when the VA, AMI and myself all made the appts over the phone at the same time. Leamon said I’d have to come back another day for the xray. This didn’t make any sense to me and will be a waste of time.
Organized and well coordinated. It’s always scary for me to go through these procedures but the staff made me very comfortable and confident that they would take good care of me.
TWO PEOPLE HELPED ME TAKE MY HUSNAND TO CAR TODAY. HE BECAME SICK AND DIZZY. VERY CONCERNED
Also, enjoyed the coffee provided.
The staff, and nurses were so nice and attentive. It was good care
