After having all the paperwork done online and the hour and a half wait and a numb left shoulder for the last two months I found it abhorrent and unprofessional to be interrogated about the validity of why my doctor ordered this followi up MRI by both techs.
I was told to come 15 minutes early only to sit there for 25 minutes before I was called up and then just sit there five more minutes before I had to fill out paperwork which I thought I had done online
Everyone is pleasant and caring. Never have to wait, seen in a timely manner.
On a MRI appointment, I learned that my appt was 10 “pm” instead of 10am! I was given a standby 12noon appt. I was seen between 12:30 & 1pm. I HAD NO IDEA THAT THE 10pm APPT WAS REAL!!! And that the facility was open until 10pm!!! I do thank the staft & supervisor for their help in getting me the 12noon appt.
