There was a question with my referral…John tracked down the answer and I was able to do the tests requested by my doctor.
The entire staff from the front desk to the MRI group were very nice and professional.
Dr. Hardy and all three of the technicians were professional, thoughtful, and concerned with my comfort. The procedures were explained carefully and thoroughly.
Your Nurse, Kelsey was particularly outstanding! She is very professional and helpful. Thank you very much.
Great staff, beautiful facility and the wait time was minimal. I always use the EHT facility.
One comment for consideration: a better system for helping patients transition to gowns and pants. I watched a number of people struggle with their ability to maintain a modicum of privacy Just slowing down the speed of instruction might help.
