All the staff and mri girls were great
Wonderful experience Alall nice professional staff. Nice * and quick service
Staff that I interacted with were pleasant, no complaints at all about them. Facility seemed very clean as well. Long wait as well to get called back for MRI. One hour. A HUGE turnoff was the fact that this facility has ZERO respect for patients privacy. I was asked to change into a gown which I had no problem with due to safety issues. My issue was that I was asked to sit down while my gown was on and completely naked underneath in a small 2nd waiting room with everyone else including men! Staff and other patients are also walking back and forth in the hallway too! Lots of people have issues with this but they won’t do anything about it. One gentleman was there with his father sitting a foot away from me. EXTREMELY uncomfortable experience. My husband actually waited for me in this little room and I still didn’t feel comfortable waiting there with him with strangers. He was surprised at this set up too. I waited in the dressing room with the curtain closed until they called my name.

Jackie was amazing to work with. Her kindness and concern for my well being , ina so grateful for she should be employee of the month Toni at front desk was so helpful and a pleasure to work with signing in. Susan at check out was so helpful to arrange a ride since I don't have a car. You have a wonderful staff!
RN Debby was beyond amazing—kind, compassionate, with such a tender soul and heart. AMI truly has some incredible healthcare workers! I saw people helping elderly patients with forms and genuine kindness. Keep doing what you’re doing!
