Everyone is very professional and kind .
Everyone was friendly. I didn’t wait long for my MRI.
My experience with the technician on duty was unprofessional and deeply concerning for the following reasons: • Communication Barriers and Dismissiveness: The technician was difficult to understand due to her rapid speech and heavy accent. Despite my attempts to explain my situation, she was dismissive and repeatedly rejected my request for the routine exam. • Lack of Collaboration: It was only after I persistently insisted that she review my recent MRI and CT results—which were already in your system—that she began to address the discrepancy. • Unprofessional Conduct: Most concerningly, I was made aware that this technician complained to a family member of mine about my "attitude." It is entirely inappropriate for staff to discuss a patient’s demeanor with their relatives, and I felt targeted and bullied throughout this interaction. This experience caused me significant, unnecessary stress. I expect a standard of care that prioritizes my medical history with my specialty doctors.
