I’ve only been there twice but every time I’ve been there, everybody is so nice
My doctor wrote a script for an mri with metal suppression and no contrast. I gave that info over the phone when I made the appointment and repeated at the desk when I checked in. It was noted on the paperwork. However as I walk up to the mri machine the technician said the metal suppression machine was not available but this one would be ok. After the mri I asked if the images were going to give an image my doctor could use. He said they would not know till radiologist saw it. He suggested I reschedule. As I left I tried to reschedule but was told I would need a new authorization from insurance. So, I have an appointment with my orthopedic surgeon re my hip and my mri may not be useful . I will say staff was courteous but there is a glitch in your scheduling and intraoffice communication.
Staff was amazing and was in and out fast!!!
