Prior to arriving at the Cape May Courthouse location I had multiple phone calls. First one was to schedule my appt. Person taking the info was confused and mumbling. When I received the text w/forms to fill out I reviewed my info and there were 6 errors. It took me 3 more calls to get the info entered correctly but I was still unable to get into the portal due to too many updates😳. Once in the office everyone was super nice and helpful!

Upon relocating to Cape May, NJ from another state, I had to find a new medical facility to obtain a mammogram. This was essential, given my family’s history of breast cancer. AMI exceeded my expectations!! I love this facility and the staff!!

Nice to see a positive change in welcoming services staff. Was a good experience on 8/20/24.The past couple times not very pleasant.That was the only thing that made me uncomfortable. I was going to go somewhere else if was going to be uncomfortable in a place that made me feel I had to take anxiety medication. I glad things were better today at my appointment. I called the central scheduling line and was told CMCH imaging closed at 7:00. I arrived at 4:53 and Gianna at front desk was not happy to see me. Told me right away xray closes at 5:00. The xray tech was very nice. I won’t be returning because of your front desk attitude. I didn’t demand to be seen. Maybe fix the central scheduling situation. Seems like it’s not known who does what , where and what time.

It was fine. I just wish I didn't have to not eat from the night before all the way till a 3:15 appointment

Everything went smoothly and efficiently and every one was kind, helpful and courteous. Several times I called re time, directions and general questions and each time I had to leave my call back #. Once it was essential to speak w the front desk and couldn’t. There were several ladies up front who could pic up the phone to respond to a patient’s queries. Not having someone answer is not wise in a medical office. I’ve been there and done it.

i was told to arrive half hour early for my 2:30 appt, which I did. After all paperwork done I was told they would be out soon to take me back. After 45 minutes I was still sitting in waiting room, so I asked why i was waiting, girl at front desk checked for me and said they were having a problem with pt already back there and it would be another 15-20 minutes. I can understand problem with pt that delayed things, what I have a problem with is no one having the courtesy to update me knowing that I was sitting there a long time, that really pisses me off !!!

I didn’t have an appointment. Came for an X-ray for my 4 year old. I also had 2 other kids with me. We were in and out in about 20 minutes. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Everything was right there. It is a top shelf operation.

I really like the time options and the polite staff.

The front desk staff was kind and helpful but I do not remember the person’s name. The person who performed my mammogram was absolutely wonderful. Efficient, kind and an excellent communicator.

I don’t know the one young girl at the front desk, but wanted to let you know she helped me with my 92 year old father and also got a wheelchair for him. Then she helped us to the car. I wish I had gotten her name.

Outstanding I drive 30 mins to this location over the 5 min location I have nearby me. Very clean and organized. This location gets you in and out in a timely manner. You do not go over your appointment time which is a big plus. Staff is amazing.

An excellent staff who exhibits care, courtesy, & effort. From Andrea in scheduling, who exerted extra time & effort to gain approval for my CT from my insurance company and rescheduled my appointment twice to accomodate me to the wonderful staff at the C.M.C.H. office.

I moved to Middle Twsp 2 years ago and was nervous about finding a new “top notch” place as good as SJRA for my imaging needs where I went for over 20 years. WELL AMI IS IT!! I am so happy I found a place that is organized, efficient, clean, and the kindest staff!! Always treated with respect and dignity. Very happy with the service there!!
