The 1 stars is not in regards to services they provide, because the procedure is pretty straight forward. The 1 stars is for the comment the staff member made post MRI. He made a completely unnecessary comment about my weight and disguised it in a hypothetical medical situation. My procedure was successfully done, I was being slid out of the machine and the comment he made simply felt like a reach to fat shame me, because my size did not impede the procedure, my size only came up after the procedure was successfully done. Why?

People are always phenomenal, top notch professionals. But we left our sunglasses there and they seemed to disappear.
Everything was excellent.
I arrived about 20 minutes early and filled out forms that AMI Somers Point gave me. Then I checked in at the front desk center spot. Sorry, but I did not get her name. She asked me to fill out one additional form. Within minutes, Matt called me in for the scan and walked me to x-ray. It took me longer to slip into the one-size fits all pants than the 3 x-ray pics. On the way out, I passed a front desk associate who sent me off with "Thanks, have a nice day!" And I did! The fireplace in the lobby was a nice touch, too.
