Very friendly receptionist, office is decorated for the Holidays which makes you smile when you enter!
Associates weren’t very attentive, I signed my name, but apparently they didn’t notice… I went back up to check the clipboard. My name was still there… Then they noticed. Did not ask me if my bladder was full.
