I called the central scheduling line and was told CMCH imaging closed at 7:00. I arrived at 4:53 and Gianna at front desk was not happy to see me. Told me right away xray closes at 5:00. The xray tech was very nice. I won’t be returning because of your front desk attitude. I didn’t demand to be seen. Maybe fix the central scheduling situation. Seems like it’s not known who does what , where and what time.

It was fine. I just wish I didn't have to not eat from the night before all the way till a 3:15 appointment

Everything went smoothly and efficiently and every one was kind, helpful and courteous. Several times I called re time, directions and general questions and each time I had to leave my call back #. Once it was essential to speak w the front desk and couldn’t. There were several ladies up front who could pic up the phone to respond to a patient’s queries. Not having someone answer is not wise in a medical office. I’ve been there and done it.

Friendly, efficient, competent, and caring staff who went beyond expectation to quickly get testing completed. So good to have this service in our hometown area.

i was told to arrive half hour early for my 2:30 appt, which I did. After all paperwork done I was told they would be out soon to take me back. After 45 minutes I was still sitting in waiting room, so I asked why i was waiting, girl at front desk checked for me and said they were having a problem with pt already back there and it would be another 15-20 minutes. I can understand problem with pt that delayed things, what I have a problem with is no one having the courtesy to update me knowing that I was sitting there a long time, that really pisses me off !!!

Outstanding I drive 30 mins to this location over the 5 min location I have nearby me. Very clean and organized. This location gets you in and out in a timely manner. You do not go over your appointment time which is a big plus. Staff is amazing.

Everyone very nice. My ultrasound technician was so kind and let me know exactly what she was doing. Very polite when asking me to turn or take deep breaths. The x-ray tech was super nice too. Everyone was very efficient and the vibe in the office is very upbeat.

Linda the ultrasound tech was AWESOME! She was so friendly and really took her time explaining things to me during my tests, which I very much appreciated! I did not feel rushed and it was so nice to have her go over every little thing we saw on my ultrasound! Great employee and I hope to have her again next time I go!

I made 2 appointments in October 2023 for Feb 1st, 2024 for 2 MRIs. I was called less than 20 hours prior to my 2 tests and was told one of my MRIs was being cancelled due to an error on AMIs fault. Then I was put thru hell.

ALL front desk personnel (incl Maureen) are the BEST. I've been a patient of AMI Court House for years. This is only one of the reasons why.

Was told I didn’t have to make an appointment for a chest X-ray, when I showed up on Tuesday for this the woman, Tina, was extremely rude to me she said there was no time they were Busy, it would be at least an hour wait, I said I could wait, then she looked in the computer and said it wouldn’t be till 2:45, ( this was at 11am) so I scheduled an appointment for 2 days later. She said next time schedule!!!! Then she gave me paper work to fill out, everyone was wearing a mask so I didn’t understand what she said, I asked again, and she lowered her mask and repeated what she said LOUDLY, I was totally embarrassed!! Not a good representation for your company, I watched her with other clients, and she was equally rude to them

Friendly, clean and very much appreciated the waiting room seating having distancing between seats. My CT Scan technician was kind and made it easy!
