Staff are very kind and helpful. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable.
walking in there was only one staff member doing intake so numerous people were standing there waiting, but there is no clear area to stand so you end up just blocking the doors. There were other people at the desk doing other things. I overheard a patient get barked at for being too close to the desk Having those plastic shields makes it hard, especially for the elderly to hear anybody on the other side. also along the windows where the chairs are it was pretty cold and the temperature wasn't so bad outside. Numerous individuals I heard complaining about it.

I am not sure what happened but I believe there was something wrong with the prescription. I waited for about an hour until the CT Scan was done.
