Staff is excellent! All the techs are efficient and thorough with their duties. Sign in process is very efficient also!
My first contact was with a woman at reception with blonde/white hair. When I asked if I could make an appointment she snapped saying she didn’t know who I was, what I needed and was in the middle of assisting another patient! She then asked me to step away from the counter. There was no one at the counter. Fortunately a very kind professional took over and assisted me from that point on. Everyone else was great but my moment was already lost on the first impression! Hope she is retrained and reminded that customers matter.

Got in and out quickly
There are two offices in Brick. At the first office, the supervisor Mimi directed me to the other location but First made an appointment for me for an x-ray. At the second location, Katie scanned all of my testing orders, scheduled a second test, gave me the numbers of your other office to call for more testing that could not be done in Brick Katie went above and beyond and it’s an asset to your organization; she gets 10 stars!
