Staff was very helpful and I only waited a couple of minutes. Very good experience.
Everyone was very nice and pleasant to work with. The front desk staff assisted me promptly and with kind demeanors. The IV tech, Justin, was compassionate and understanding to my anxiety and he did a wonderful job. The MRI techs were very nice as well and they made the experience as easy as possible. I was very pleased with my experience.
was able to make an appointment in person and a good time and date. staff doing the mri was extremely helpful and professional with lots of patience. however my appointment was for 4 and they told me to be there by 330 and wasnt brought back til close to 5 or after.
I had a10 am appointment came a half hour earlier as requested and ended up waiting 45 minutes before I was brought in the back for my test.Not happy about the wait especially since I had to fast

I have never had a bad experience at AMI in the Brick location. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. Of course, always some paperwork to complete upon arrival. There was only one issue regarding mistake on my medical records. I was never a smoker and it has that I smoked 20 cigarettes daily for years. Can you please remove this false information? Thinking it must be AI generated.
