Front desk staff are very impatient.. Witnessed the impatient handling of three walk-ins wanting to schedule an appointment. These three walk-ins were treated at a level of being talked at and talked down to and were made to wait as staff diverted their attention to scheduled patients each time a scheduled patient arrived.
