Very long wait time. Arrived at 4:50pm appointment was for 5:30pm. I was not brought back until 6:10pm. Was then brought into the MRI wait area at until 6:30pm. The MRI took about 35 minutes and I left at 7:15pm. Arriving 30 minutes early to then wait an hour was not ideal. The MRI staff and front desk staff were great. Scheduling is the biggest issue with this visit. I was already inconvenienced by having to reschedule from a more convenient location on Hooper (2/10) to then travel to Brick for reschedule (2/19) since contrast was needed and overlooked by the scheduler who booked me for (2/10) MRI already takes at least 1 prior visit and other appointments so to get to this point and have issues is exhaustive. Double or triple booking MRI and placing wait time on patient requesting them to come earlier isn’t the best solution. Moving forward I’ll book earliest morning appointments as I can only assume it was a restless patient causing error and prolonged time.

The staff at AMI was professional, caring and very pleasant. Monica the radiology technologist listened to my concerns and was very knowledgeable with operating the X-ray equipment.
