Wonderful staff, except for MRI technicians who failed to help me properly off the table & almost fell!!!😩
Seamless and professional.
Always efficient and nice.
I arrived about 15 minutes early but the staff was ready and I was quickly into the MRI with virtually no delay. A truly pleasant procedure followed.
Nice person and generally on time
Everything went very well, only a chest X-ray. Technician was very nice explained everything.
Everyone was friendly and helpful.
Efficiency!
The changing room was down the hall from the MRI. I was forced to walk down a long hallway wearing only a gown. The opposite end of the hallway was wide open to the waiting room. Uncomfortable I spent 2 hours on my back in a closed MRI. The technicians totally ignored me. Did not ask if I was comfortable. Did not explain what was going on. How much longer etc. I was in a bad position but did not know if it could adjust I am 75 years old. After 2 hours on my back they said I can get up but no one offered any assistance. I told them I was very dry could I have a drink of water. Instead of giving me a drink from the sink in the room. They said I should get dressed and there was a water cooler in the waiting room.
