We were the only customer so I was surprised that we had to wait 15-20 minutes to be seen. The provider was extremely friendly but seemed unsure about the pediatric diagnosis. I guess that’s ok considering the medication definitely helped our situation. The NP was open to suggestions as well as conversation and did not try to rush us out.

Not busy at all- I was there over an hour. Wait time WAY to long!

I love this urgent care, I will drive a half hour just to go here because they know how to treat children whereas most of the ones around me do not. they have saved me many trips to the hospital with my infant and toddler and I am very thankful !

Emily made me feel so cared for even when telling me I have shingles! She thoughtfully answered my 1000 questions & made herself available for call back: AMAZING DOCTOR! 👩‍⚕️

The receptionist was very nice, and so was the technician. I got in and out very fast. My Doctor, Christina Petrucci was very kind. She is a credit to her precession. If I get sick again. I plan to visit them again.

After leaving after waiting 90 minutes for a provider I thought a prescription would be called in for my test result - I was led to believe this was a strong possibility They called back and said I had to come in so the Dr could look at my face and I’d have to wait in line again This last part I find completely unacceptable and a complete lack of empathy given the crazy circumstances of the clinic This was a very difficult appointment for me emotionally

Everyone was very friendly and kind, especially with me coming in so close to end of day. I felt a little dramatic for my visit but staff made me feel better in my decision to get my finger checked out. Overall was a very good experience.

The MA and Np couldn’t have been any nicer providing care to my son who was really not feeling well. They really care. They were efficient answered all questions place was very clean as well.

The administration lady at the front desk wasn't the most friendliest person. She wasn't listening to me I had to repeat myself. And I noticed that she didn't change my address in the system after looking at my driver's license.

We arrived at 8:55pm on a Sunday and the staff and doctors were so nice and welcoming. Very appreciative of this location being open late on a Sunday for my son's ear infection.

Very clean, timely and the staff was so friendly.

I complained of a cough, low oxygen level in the blood, fast heartbeat and fatigue with the slightest physical activity. I was given expectorant medications... The next day my condition deteriorated so much that I needed a quick operation to remove clots from the lungs - acute pulmonary embolism. Probably the last call. Now my right ventricle is enlarged - a side effect of prolonged heart hypoxia, further effects are unpredictable...

The doctors and staff are always willing to listen and explain what is happening.

Everyone was great as usually I will always choose prime care of Michigan!

Fast and pleasant

I brought my daughter and myself in a at a time where it wasn't busy. We were seen right away by a friendly staff. The doc got to the bottom of the issue and took care of us. We were in and out in maybe an hour!

MA took a long time getting my info and documenting my reason for the visit. Nurse Practitioner clearly hadn’t read it, I had to bring it up as she ended the visit and started to leave.

Always convenient, fast and reliable care at the Novi Urgent Care.

The staff was outstanding. I came in nervous about everything and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. I was confident and comfortable at the end.

My son was sick and needed evaluation quickly for possible, strep, flu, or Covid. We walked in with a very short wait. We were registered, seen quickly by a nurse practitioner, testing completed, and on our way in less than 45 minutes at a time when most urgent care centers have long wait times. All staff we interacted with were friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

I’m not sure why the doctor left and immediately closed the door behind her only to let me think I had to wait to be dismissed. After 5-8 minutes, I poked my head out and the nurses were like “you’re all set.” Communication could have been clearer.

Good service and nice staff, however, they sent the prescription to the WRONG pharmacy

Prescription was never sent to pharmacy. I have been calling repeatedly to remind the clinic to send it over. But no one has returned my calls.

I would like to share wonderful the staff were last evening. I brought my teeen son in at 8:45. We almost turned around when we realized it was so close to closing. The staff in the waiting room could not have been more helpful and pleasant. The service was outstanding. The white crew was helpful and pleasant.

I walked in without an appointment at 10:30AM expecting a long wait. Maybe it was my lucky day but I was the first and only patient at the time. My check-in went so easy as I updated my insurance information and I got right into see someone. I was diagnosed quickly and was in and out of the facility and 20 minutes I don’t know if this is normal, but it certainly appreciated the day I went in with a severe urine infection and got a prescription called in quickly to my pharmacy.

I informed the front desk as well as the nurse that I tested positive for Covid and the nurse practitioner Seeing me started treating me for bronchitis, despite me explicitly, sharing that information three times with them. He then changed my prescriptions without my knowledge. He did nothing for my for my cough as well even though it was my chief complaint when I visited that day. He then refused to return any of my messages.
